I called him because screen of my laptop was damaged. I asked for a budget of new screen over a phone. He asked me to come at his place. After checking my laptop, he said he had two products for me: new screen for 4700 with 3 months warranty and second hand screen( which is as good as old screen- basically pull out from new computers but have no warranty ) for 3500. I went for second hand screen as I trusted this person. He ensured me that it will work as good as a new one, if you use it properly.Now within a week after the replacement, my laptop screen has facing the problem. There are white dots all over my screen and this person is asking me to pay additional cost for new screen. So, I am duped for 3800 bucks for a trusting this person. He is not ready take the responsibility for the issue or giving an replacement for the product. This is really a fraudulent technique to deceive customers. If your products are so poor in quality, you shouldnt offer it to the customer anyway . I had really bad experience with SSK.

Excellent service at affordable price and delivery within time. I contacted SSK Computers to get my laptop repaired and they repaired the issue within 3 hours which other shops said that it will take 2 days. And they home delivered my laptop within time. Good experience, highly recommended

I had a terrific experience with SSK Computers. My laptop thats around 6 years old now had really terrible computing speeds which resulted in me searching for a RAM and speed upgradation in general. I was looking through shops that could do this for me at a reasonable price and I ended up finding this place. Shreyas (the guy who runs the shop) is extremely kind and patient with you. We had a little communication mishap in between but he was keen on getting it fixed and he came through! My laptop runs like a breeze now and Im able to design properly without the speed of my laptop running slowly hindering my process. (for those of you who are wondering what upgrades I got, my laptop had 4 GB ram which I then upgraded to 8 GB with a 120 GB ssd upgrade, also got my keyboard replaced as it didnt work at all). The pricing was reasonable and Shreyas was kind enough to do the servicing and cleaning free of charge, Would highly recommend going here if you would like to get your laptop repaired/upgraded!
