Their technicians are pretty good but the owner and the front desk staff are pretty arrogant and pretty passive agressive. Products bought from them cant be given for replacement to them, it has to be taken to the wholesaler for replacement. This wasnt the case earlier and I bought things from them under the impression that they would take care of it cause thats how they used to operate in the past. Pretty disappointed that I need to go to lamington road for the replacement now. I guess Id rather just buy my pc parts from lamington road instead.

No customer service whatsoever. The staff will walk past you as if you dont exist. Waited 15 minutes which felt like an eternity with my laptop to get it repaired and no response. Ofcourse..they do download and install some pirated softwares fo.you...so go there if you want that. Otherwise..waste of time.

I bought a HP laptop. I got a bad piece therefore I had to go multiple times which was a pain in my neck... traveling with the lap top was not worth the buy. Though the shopkeeper positively attended to me patiently.

I asked for a Service they said 250 rs with replacing thermal paste and when I went to the shop the technician asked for 500 rs and he not even cleaned the pc properly and some technician are not even qualified if you want any software download they can do it but they cant solve any major issues

Their service is fast and rates are reasonable. If you live in goregaon east area, you can go to them with your laptop or computer troubles. Tip: if you are going by 4 wheeler, park inside anupam cinema, as there is no parkingon the road and it is one of the busiest road.

Really,bad experience at this store.On asking about a specific cable for Bluetooth speaker the staff told me to go out of the store in a very rude manner.Beware before visiting the store,you too can be told the same.Edit 1: I was expecting this answer.You are not accepting your mistakeFirstly,I never said that I am getting the cable at cheaper rate somewhere.Secondly,I felt the price was on higher side so I politely I asked your staff is their any scope to reduce the price (because its electronic accessories so price varies).At,that point your staff without saying anything kept the cable inside drawer & told me Thank You.If its a shop or a marketplace(excluding kirana stores) then consumers may ask for a reduced price it is your duty to educate them that the product will not be available for a reduced price due to certain certain thingsAlso,Next time you should put a board of Fixed Rate so not one will bargain with you.Consumers dont take advantage consumers only ask for their rightsRather then taking side of your staff just teach them how to behave first.Edit 2: Focus on small things gives you bigger return over a period of time.
