Came across this service center while I was looking for a good place to service my MacBook Pro (A1990). It had shut down completely and was not turning on, giving no response and I had gone to the authorised service center and they told me to replace the logic board and they did not even pinpoint the exact problem, just told me replace the whole thing. After I got the laptop back I started searching for service center that work on Apple products and came across Mac Master. I called them and they were really polite and soft spoken people. Visited them, they opened the laptop in front of me and explained what the problem was and it hardly took them an hour and half to fix it. Very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend it.

Visited MacMaster for MacBook Pro 2018 and MacBook Air 2015.MacBook Airs display was gone. Kamlesh diagnosed the problem and replaced the display in 30 minutes.MacBook Pro wasnt booting up and the device was out warranty. I ruled out visiting the authorized service center assuming they will ask me to replace the logic board which would easily cost 60,000. So I decided to take the risk and give it a try. Kamlesh figured out one of the IC malfunctioned and suggested to get that IC replaced. He replaced the IC and to my surprise my MacBook started booting up.One should definitely give it a try if your apple product is not covered under warranty.Things I like are:1. Transparency: Kamlesh did diagnosis in front me and he was honest with the available repair options.2. Cost: The repair definitely cost me very less.3. Knowledge transfer: He shared his apple devices experience, diagnosis steps with me which was really helpful. This information would definitely help in future purchase.

Earlier I went to iService centre -Certified Apple Service & Repair(Unit 69 Xth Central Mall, Near, Charkop, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067) for repairing my Mac-book. They kept the Mac-book for 1 day and diagnosed the problem and informed that Mac-book has a problem with SMC and needed repair. Some-how, I got the instinct that they are providing wrong information & bluffing and I asked them not to repair my Mac-Book.Further, I contacted Mac-Master Mumbai for repairing my Mac-book. They have informed that iService centre have damaged the Bios and changed the battery of my Mac-book. Mac-master Mumbai further, repair my Macbook and it is working absolutely fine .Not only They have provided service with full of professionalism but also informed how to operate the Mac-book in order to increase the longevity and robustness, which found to be informative and use-full.Their behaviour found to be cordial, cooperative, informative, professional, jovial, generous, honest and trust-worthy.

My Macbook air had a display problem (Black Screen without Backlit) which a common problem on most of the recent Macbook Air. After googling and being a part of an IT firm, I knew what was the problem.Apple authorized service center told me that logic board replacement will cost me nearly about 45,000 and display replacement will be about 35,000. And to do a diagnostic for the device was another 2,500 bucks. So i ruled out this as i didnt want to pay 2,500 just to know what is the fault in my laptop. As i knew the fault + i also knew that they will tell me to replace the logic board.Then came the 3rd party repair shop. As living and working in Goa i was little skeptical about 3rd party repairs in Goa. So searching fence started for Mumbai. After shortlisting many of the shops, I decided to give MAC MASTER a try as they has 99% Positive feedback + 5 Star Rating.I put a Whatsapp text to Mr. Kamlesh Yadav. I told the problem and he directly repliedBacklit IC hogaWith this reply i knew this is the guy i am giving my laptop to.Booked a flight to Mumbai and return (3400 bucks)Told Mr Kalmesh that i will be visiting him on Saturday and keep one IC for me, So that my trip doesnt waste. Being a Gentleman he had kept a spare IC for me.SaturdayI took my laptop at Mac Master. Without wasting any time Mr. Kamlesh started dismantling my laptop which was a scary moment for me for that time. But he knew well what he is doing within 2-3 Minutes my laptop was Dismantled and everything was done infront of my eyes except the reballing of the IC. He also serviced my laptop and gave me some tips for how to handle a macbook. Withing 90 minutes my laptop was ready and he did all the checking and i got my laptop. Now its working like a new laptop.Total Bill came to 5000 as 3000 is for the IC replacement and 2000 was for Servicing and reballing.I am giving Mac Master a 10 star for the work.Mr. Kamlesh is the best guy in terms of all the  Apple Products.And again thanks for saving my laptop from becoming a Desktop.

I had a problem with my MacBook pro Display. It use to charge inbetween and suddenly get blackout.First I showed to authorize apple service center, they told me that the model is 2014 so display is not available.Then I tried with local service centre by searching from google and after going through the review I selected to repair at thane eternity mall . He checked and after 2 days told me the display IC is gone and the repair charge will be 8000/-.I took back the MacBook and again started searching for MacBook repair.After going thru the review I selected MAC MASTER (HARMONY MALL, GOREGAON).To my surprise he just checked from outside all around the MacBook and told me the charging pin socket is damaged. It will charge around 4000/-.I agreed to that, he replaced the charging pin and the MacBook is working fine. The MacBook is having only charging problem and 3-4 people told me for replacement of display. It is very important to find a good local service centre.Mac Master is genuine having a good experience and confidence in repair of MacBook. Incredible service. They fixed my logic board in a couple of hours. Kamlesh is awesome. The best part is that they try to do a same day service so you can literally sit with him while he repairs your MacBook. Other places which ask you to deposit tend to be sketchy because you never know what they are doing with your computer.Gracious guy and very fast service. He even gave me a months warranty in case something happens. Five stars.

The staff at their store was very polite and understanding. He gave me good advice on the steps to upgrade the speed of my computer by upgrading RAM and changing to SsD at an affordable price. Kamlesh is a Genius and Genuine chip level programmer...I came to him with my 13inch mac book air A1466 series, I was thinking of ssd drive problem....in general trouble shoot its seems like some problem on motherboard IC....but after examining he found the problem is core of processor....my processor was not supplying power to SSD....he returned back the machine to me as in it condition...after keeping it one day...My hard luck about my machine....looking for a SUNNY DAY.

SERVICE NOT RECOMMENDED, VERY BAD STAFF The behaviour of the staff is too discourteous,rude ,arrogant.If they have given you service then they expect you to rate only 5 stars and will force you to rate 5 stars even though you do not feel they deserve.The way they will behave with you when you do not rate them 5 stars is worse, they make you count what they did for you and forget that it was their job for which you are paying them too and it isnt a free service they are giving you. I also feel that these many 5 star rating which they have received many will be forced rating. When you encounter any issue with the installation or software and try to discuss with them they will blame you and your usage.They will justify that what they have done is right and argue with you.This time dealing with me he did not know that he is dealing with a person who is having knowledge on softwares/computers and will not buy anything which he says or be FOOLED. They always try to justify what they have done is right.I would NOT RECOMMEND the service from them. Rather go to authorised service centre where people are trained better and will not try to fool you.

I had given my laptop to iservice , andheri to be specific as it wasnt switching on. They took 3 weeks and I had to follow up with them to only receive it not repaired. But these folks rocked it, they not only picked up the laptop from my home, promptly updated the issue and fixed it in a days time and delivered it home! This is what true service is all about! I guess the five star saying says enough about my experience. Sometimes the diagnosis charge you need pay at the Apple service centre is enough for a small repair of logic board at Macmaster. The knowledge, experience and precision of Macmaster are at par with Apple guys, who can only ask to pay 45k for the logic board replacement when it can be repaired at the cost of 10-20% at Macmaster. I would say never visit a service centre if any of your Apple products is out of warranty and waste your time. This is the place to be.
