Thanks to all.Zulfiqaar, Salman And Imran for their good talks.On 05/07/2021, I wanted to buy a15.6 laptop, but as it was not available at theshop they convinced me to buy a 14.6 laptop which after coming home I realised that as I am a senior citizen it is difficult for me to operate as I am already having 15.6 laptop but lying faulty at present. I requested them to install MSOFFICE software, which Mr. Zulfiqar did, but. after coming home when i wanted to type a letter i came to know that it is not MSOFFICE and cannot be used for typing. So friends thats it.

The people at this store are not trustworthy, I went to repair my laptop which I purchased on Jan 2020, the engineer checked the laptop thoroughly and said it is just the issue with the cable which will cost you Rs. 3500... I asked several time if there is any other issue with regards to display or anything and they said no and said its a common issue. They asked to come after 3 days that was monday... They replaced the old cable with new however the issue was still not resolved and said ab display change karna padega n it will cost rs. 9000.This is a complete fraud.. when the engineer checked the laptop that time there was no issue... I belive they have done something to the laptop screen now... I bought it for 50,000rs last year only.I paid 1000rs in advance as well. I did not receive the 1000rs back and they sent us back with the laptop and removed the new cable.This is pure fraud just to loot the customers as the laptop is out of warranty. The lenovo customer service also did not helped and asked to pay the amount if I wanted to repair the laptop.I would recomment please do not go at this store and do not buy lenovo laptops... These people are frauds and misleading.

Horrible. Their service is not just bad but worse due to their demotivating interaction. They refused to assist when we complained of laptop issues just few month into the time of purchase. Said all old staff have left due to lockdown Nd we need to connect with lenovo team direct via call centre. They wont help. Even refused to assist with details or some offer of help as the laptop was a recent and expensive purchase and we are worst affected due to the lack of customer service by them. Still awaiting service after directly reaching out to lenovo s service partner Karvy.
