Great Experience!!! Had complained about the component replacement, and immediately received call from J. K. Computer, after discussions with them found out that the middleman to whom I gave motherboard to get it repaired was only responsible for Processor replacement. Even if it was only my fault J. K. Computer felt embarrassed and even it was out of warranty they repaired it without any additional cost and even gave me the Processor from their stock and replaced it.
