Not happy with the way they have handled the repair of my laptop. First they said it was a motherboard problem. Then for some reason that wanted me to change the keyboard. Then again I had issues and they took more time. Finally when I took my old keypad back, it seemed wrong as one of the keys was missing. Definitely not recommend

Worst Place to give your precious PC or Laptop. They can able to split the personality of your Laptop. I went thr to change my Motherboard nd instead of Gigabyte MB they put a low grade cheap Toshiba motherboard.

A shop full of cheats. Theyll keep your laptop for a long time and wont solve the problem completely so that you have to visit them again. Even when they do something, be sure that they would have messed with some other component which will start causing problem soon or youll realize that its faulty with use.Pathetic experience, really urge the IIT Bombay administration to these cheats out, they just do harm and no good.

Well they do charge quite a fee of around 1500 even for normal repairs where no parts had to be replaced. This is too much considering you can get a new wifi card for 900 in galleria. Also they seemed just about as confused and one fellow tried to pry open the battery without unlocking it right in front of me. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO THEM when they ask for it. Not a nice experience for something as precious to me as my laptop.

I wouldnt have given them 1 star if possible. My laptop stopped working within one day after repair. They take weeks to repair it, yet the problem will not fixed. The staffs are very rude and talk as if they are doing a free service. The engineer was yelling over the phone when I asked them to get it done faster.

Never Never GIve ur precious laptops to this thugs.Not Once they have looted me twice. They also have Branch inside the campus which is also a concern as they going to loot many innocent students . I give them my laptop to repair the hinges. They charged 2500 which is very high compare to market rate.After 5 days of repair sudden sparking happens when im charging the laptop(which is very unusual). I went again to them to know what happens.For 3 days they didnt respond to my calls.On 4th day when i went to them they told that motherboard is completly fried up and i need to buy new motherboard which will cost 12000 INR. I rejected and took my laptop back. Then I gave my laptop on a reliable shop. That shopkeeper told me that someone has taken out my charging IC and because of that sparking happens.SO guys if u want to save ur laptop ,time,money never try this shop
