Its worst guyzBecause it been only 20 days of purchasing iPhone 11 and in that I m facing the heating issue from the day 1 and when I went to the service center they did not provide me any good satisfied services I was just being given a solution that they had format my iPhone thought iTunes thats all and they where like use it for some days .It was such a worst experience I told them its not possible for me to again and again visit the Apple service center I have work from home I had specially took a leave so that I can go to the service center . But they are like if you face any issue you have to visit here.I mean its pathetic the person is saying its probably and their reply is so worst like I did talk with it engineer only and I dont understand are they even sitting there to help or to just do time passWorst experience I regret buying iPhone 11I regret giving my iPhone 7Never thought I would face such issue with appleMy trust is completely gone through apple.Case ID: 101348763424

I went to repair my iwatch series 5 they never mentioned if it wont be waterproof again n once the repair was done the guy said this aint gonna be waterproof and no guarantee no warranty nthng its really bad place to go

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BANNED. REASON BELOW :-I have got my MacBook for repairing( at Ilounge powai location looking at the great reviews from others. I was facing the issue of dim light for which they said (Aditya) can repair it very confidently initially but after 3 days of investigation they told me everything is not repairable and I will have to pay for my diagnosis charges RS 890 .Please find the attached pic of the Ilounge job sheet for which they have failed to deliver.Also attaching the diagnose report from Ilounge service center and all I could figure out they dont have skilled technician and they are only good for software related issues .

Dont believe on their screen replacement with lifetime warranty clause. They will make excuse by saying n numbers of things and deny screen replacement even though it’s genuine manufacturing problem. Note they charge you 50% of original screen value but gives duplicate screens only. Screen with visible spots on it. Not recommended this store

No knowledge of iPhone... Ill reiterate. You would not know the name since i asked a query about data transfer from my old iphone to another phone, and youve directed me to a any local mobile store!! You didnt ask.for my name, details, anything. And then you respond that you will block my email. Go.ahead and do what you want. Ive reported my bad experience so others think.twice before visiting and wasting their time. Such uncourteous behaviour

Yup would recommend this place. Had to replace the whole lcd screen on my ipad as the older lcd screen was stuffed and was not displaying colors properly. And that too with a genuine replacement part not the cheaper Chinese ones. Happy customer here and do recommend them for your apple devices.

Had a charging issue with my iph 7. Called up this guy, said it might be coz of dust come over n I’ll do it. Went there it hardly took a minute to remove all the dirt from the charging port and that too free of cost. Really appreciate the service. Thanks.

Repair of iphone screen only glass broken , screen working - price was 8800. No other option . Looks expensive but they do that in 45 min. I did not get it done since better to get a new phone than paying 9000 for a 2 yr old phone

My iPhone stopped charging and dreading the nightmare of having to change phones on a working day, I rushed to the ilounge in Powai. Wasim was very helpful, immediately cleaning out my phone charging port as well as the speaker unit. The phone immediately started charging. When I asked for how much I should pay, he politely refused payment saying they don’t charge for such a small thing. I felt indebted to him for getting me out of a soup and I insisted on paying, even suggesting that I give my phone for servicing. He contacted the owner Mr. Sarju who said that if there’s no issue with the phone, he wouldn’t recommend servicing.What can I say! Glad to meet such helpful and honest people especially when you’re stuck... you have a customer for life! My first review ever and I’m glad it’s over such a positive experience! Thank you.

Just repaired my 6s today. I was told my authorised centres that will take 5 days and it will be around 13k for a broken display. but to my surprise ilounge did this in half an hour and charger just 7.5 k.... really impressed. keep it up....

Awesome Service !My phones charging jack was not connecting and I visited the iLounge Prabhadevi where Mr. Rahul checked and said that some thing seems to have stuck inside and he simple removed that piece of something which resolved in the issue in less than 2 minutes.When I asked him what I need to pay he said there was nothing he had to fix so No Charges!He could have easily spend some time checking few things and asked to pay with service charge but they did not !!ilounge is a Genuine place to visit before trying any other service center.

My iPhone fell and I thought I had damaged the display screen since it went completely blank! I called iLounge for help and they assured of the service and within 30 mins. Upon examining, their Service Engineer realised display screen was absolutely fine and was just disconnected and hence there’s no need to buy/change it!I had sent my phone with an office boy n wasn’t present myself. They could’ve easily got me into buying the screen for money n i wouldn’t have known!Instead, they serviced my phone n charged me NOTHING!In today’s times where we see dupings in the name of customer service, they indeed practise honesty n high standards of service transparency! My phone screen cracked on a Friday night and I had it fixed by the next day. Thanks to iLounge. Their customer service is brilliant and quick. They had me worry free. I would recommend iLounge to everyone and will come back to them for every apple problem I face.

Fake screen replacementNormal person cannot distinguish bw a fake iphone screen and one which was a part of a real one and is put into yourseasily.When I came here for repair, they charged me 9k for 6s screen (turned out to be fake) saying this was original. Later when the screen stopped working, about 9 months later, it was past their warranty, i had spent 6k on another display (from galleria), where the new guy showed me the difference between the original and fake ones. I am still using 6s and display works awesome.My advice, just don’t come here.

My MacBook was heating up and would black out. The applications too wouldn’t start up. I went to iLounge to get my laptop repaired, the staff there is very polite and helpful. I had a very good experience with Kushal.

My Macbook would crash at regular intervals, the wifi connectivity was a problem as well. I had my laptop checked at iLounge and the problem was solved within a day. Their service is very quick and good. Would definitely recommend them.
