Does not bother to reply to texts, or call back. Every 2 days replies saying will update in 2 days. Its been over 15 days now, and gives a new date every few days without proper reason. I used to like his customer service a lot but probably with all the load of new customers he probably does not have time to follow up at all. I hope this changes cause I used to like this place.
