Venue is neat and clean. Staff members are polite and helpful. In general food was OK but sweet quality as well as taste was much below the mark. In future would recommend this place but not for the sweets that we had.

Hall is good only thing I dont like in house food they prepare in bulk. So taste not come . also serving food

Best place to hold functions - right from birthday party to marriage, we personally have had more than 4 functions here and all have been good experience. This place is located near Goregaon Station (in the east), it is one of the convenient place to find and best place to celebrate your special day.The capacity of each hall is around 100-150 members and for each hall they have separate washrooms available.Decoration is also good, along with food which is very tasty.

I had booked this place for my engagement ceremony and dj night. The arrangements were good and the floor manager was very responsive to all the requests we made during the function. The food was also very tasty and the service by the staff was also satisfactory. Overall we had a great time. I would recommend this place for small function of 200-250 people.

Attended a small gathering here and until then wasnt aware that sucks place is right there under our noses in the middle of the city with walking distance from Railway Station. You guys need to advertise to be seen. Our gathering was without catering but that facility is available too as I saw it.

Very good banquet hall . Attended a reception after the pandemic quite spacious for 50 people . They did the temperature check and proving safety solutions like sanitizer. Even food had a lot of variety . Changing room and wc also very clean.

Budget wedding can be done here... Halls are little congested, ceiling height is narrow, many pillars in Hall, no proper changing rooms for bride and girl.Good thing is variety of food available, they have so many options. Also, for 100 people guests, they are charging 1 lac.

The staff are very supportive and co-operative...Tremendous help and co-operation was received from Rashmi madam of jayaleela banquets who helped us in every bit of the arrangement with her unique ideas of decoration ....she handled everything so fantastically that we need not bother about anything else......needless to mention that the food of jayaleela banquets is awesome and mouthwatering as ever !!!From our past two functions that were held in this banquet, we had a very good experience of the staff and personnel there....they make u feel comfortable and support u to their best possible....especially during this pandemic, they had maintained proper precautions, discipline and hygiene with proper sanitization of halls, staff wearing masks throughout etc...Its a wonderful banquet hall in goregaon east, rare to find, with such beautiful amenities and staff under one roof.

This banquet has a capacity to hold near or more 100-150 peoples best quality of food(monopoly) with variety of dishes VEG AND NON-VEG. 2-4 floors of building with 1 hall each floor i was on 2nd floor and pictures of this are below. Each and every facility was available. The service was awesome and once again the food was soo goood! Being a foodie I loved it personally and i will definitely recommend this. The place is jusst near the Goregaon railway station east. Possibly 2 mins of walking and if you come by car theres valet parking available.. safe and good!

We had an engagement ceremony at jay leela banquet hall, they cheated on us.They told us we provide packed water bottles, mask, hand sanitizer but on function day they nothing provide us.When I arguing with them and fight for what they promised us and after 2 hours later they provide hand sanitizer and mask. But only 25 mask they provide us remaining 60 they didnt provide. And packed water bottles they provide when 70% people completed there dinner.There service is too slow and poor everyone I have to told them serve there and there so that each and everyone can enjoy the meal otherwise these staff serve some people and stop.There manager even dont care about these things when I told him he simply ignore all the things and all the time either he look into the phone or talk with someone on phone.So I advice if you book this venue after reading my review also. So, make sure dont pay full amount on function day give 50% amount before function and after function completed than pay remaining amount so that they can take care of all these things perfectly.

Manager was so rude, I was there for my friends engagement, while booking they told us will give hand sanitizers and masks and water bottles but on function they said no for it when we got angry then they accepted then food quality was not as good as expected because I am sai veg World customer since years and I knw the quality of food they give so we expected same. Disappointed. Their waiter is much educated and know how to talk but manager was so rude n he dnt even care about customer after receiving payment. Pathetic experience..

We had an engagement ceremony here at jay leela banquet hall on 8th October 2020, they simply deceived us on the Function..Mineral water they gave was packaged in the month of July ,although the same was clearly stated on the bottles; when asked for the clarification they denied the fact & simply said it is freshly ordered water..We asked them to serve two sabjis , they only kept oneAlso The washrooms and basins in the hall were in pathetic conditionLamps used on the food were kept on the food without cleaning..They were full of dustNd it was visible clearly

Awesome food and Good Location makes it favorite for medium size functions. This is how I can describe this banquette hall in few words. We recently arranged thread ceremony of our son at this place. It is near to railway station, accessible easily from western express highway, staff is polite and good. Our guests have praised the food quality and variety and we also feel that, food was awesome and was at reasonable cost compared to some over hyped places in western suburbs. Air conditioning need some fine tuning in May (summer seasons), else every thing else was neatly planned by the staff. You can definitely go for it for medium size functions.

Planned and executed my sons 1st birthday. The comments of appreciation received from guests regarding food and the decor especially. We all enjoyed and had great memories collected.

This banquet hall can easily accommodate about 60 -100 persons.There are two well maintained lifts to go up on the first or second floors.The staff at the lift was courteous while greeting the guest. He was helpful with senior citizen guests and small kids or their parents carrying the baby.Sound system in the hall can improve a bit. This facility is good for family events or birthdays, anniversaries and kitty parties.

Spacious enough to accommodate around 150 invitees. Air conditioning is Better than most Banquets (Super Cooling points in 5 corners). Indian cuisine for this particular event was great, Italian didnt like it much to be honest. Serving staff experience was mostly very pleasant.Edited: Its located very close (2 minutes) to the Goregaon Railway station (East) Near the bus depot at the corner.

Great place for functions and even marriage. Convenient to reach as its walkable from Goregaon station. Parking can be an issue here as there is no dedicated parking. Train is the best mode of transport to reach here.

I was invited for a small family function, around 100 people. Good for that 100. Food was amazing. I am not sure about catering. Good hygiene at food counters. Single washroom for men and one for women. That was not clean.

For occasion purposes its the best banquet Hall. Its suitable for lot of people. About 50-100 people can easily have a party there. The food there is awesome. For transportation purpose rail and road both are suitable. But most probably people prefer rail route because the banquet is situated near goregaon station.
