I had ordered the 8’ in hardcover photo album with a glossy finish. The entire process from the start (uploading pictures) to the finish(placing the final order) was extremely simple.The product that I received was better than what i had expected. The cover and the glossy finish on all the photos was extremely good. It is definitely a great way to put memories on print. A translucent cover paper before the 1st photo was a nice touch. I had also opted for an express delivery and I had received my parcel within 5 days. Overall I am extremely happy with the services provided by Zoomin. I won’t lie, I was a bit hesitant with online printing services in general but Zoomin definitely delivered well and made me confident about online printing services.

The Quality of Printing and Delivery are awesome and worth the cost. Highly recommended.One area of improvement could be that it would be good if they can check and correct the images for quality and lighting etc before printing them. This is because photos look good on screen (digital display) but some of them may not be so good (image clarity) when they’re printed. So, great if they autofix some such images.Otherwise everything is good and great about Zoomin.Thanks

Useless site or App. I ordered photo frame through this site worth rs 200+ 135 delivery charges. But when I receive frame it was too small like kids toy i.e 2 inch wide & long. They make our fool. Dont waste your precious time on buying from this site.

While creating album you should have flexible iption to choose one page and then upload photos ..that be enhance the flexibility

If there is any problem with the delivered product, it is impossible to reach the Customer support. You cannot find any number to call neither the help.zoomin.com portal is user friendly. It is as if multiple barriers have been put and there is no easy way to get a resolution if there are any problems.

One of the worst experiences I had with online deliveries. I planned to gift my sister a custom made poster. Ordered it on Aug 10th, and reached the destination on 17th. And, then it took 7 days to deliver it. In this time, I tried multiple ways to connect with someone at Zoomin, but all I received are pre-formatted replies. Customer satisfaction- ZERO.

Shipping charges are very high for single frame purchase. I have never seen such huge shipping charges in any other shopping websites. Thats why Im giving 3 star rating. Other than these charges quality you are providing and experience with zoomin is very satisfied.

This site charge more than 300rs for extra charges and looklike it give product less than the amount of tax they charge. Google shpuld verify this and acknowledge Indian government about this website/app. Material is of 300rs and charge will be 200rs extra..Look like fraud sometimes. Improve that.

I ordered many things from Zoomin life photo printed on metal frame, personalised coffee mug. The product delivered were very good in quality and price is also worth but the delivery took alot more days than estimated.

Horrible Services..... The packet took almost a month to get delivered...Everyone was trying to blame the courier guy but ultimately it was zoomin team which was responsible. They werent ready to take the blame on themselves, which in itself is a shame. At the end of the day, they failed miserably in a task which they are doing day in day out. Feedback mail Scott their superior services came to me 7-8 times, but the parcel didnt get delivered.They should start COD services. Dont deserve advance payments.

Not value for money, when i saw that my first reaction was this i can do by myself. Only for printing you pay so much. Also, do not buy the digital book, they are asking you to view it from their cloud page, theyre not sharing your pics to you, for which you paid. I had a free coupon from airtel so i tried but its a waste of money actually. I did contact their customer service and the response i received is I would like to inform you that you cannot download the digital book.

Zoomin , easy convenient and Class quality prints.. I like all its product . Tried most of them .. but I like the photo books the best. Since last 8 years I have been using it.
