I did a Google search for printer repair services and got a landline number.The person who received the call was very curteous and informime that they deal in wholesale of inkjet printers and are not printer repairs.He further enquired what my problem was and the help I required for my printer ( which is a DeskJet priter) and then redirected me to another her person who could help me out.Thats in my view is an excellent service quality for any service provider.Considering that I may not add to the bottom line he still took time to assist me.....The person who received my call was Mandar Modi..... He is a great professional and I would recommend Shree Computers for anyone wanting printers, just on the way the call was attended to.
