I had one of the most miserable experience with Royal Printers. Since i wanted the visiting cards designed and printed in 4 days i paid what the cost that was quoted to me. To my bad luck i met these people online viz Just dial. Not only were they not willing to give enough time and option with selecting the design of the visiting card but also till the last day i didnt get my cards. When i fired the person (lal) did he initiate my visiting card delivery which i received at 10:30 in the night (a few hours before my event). And to my worst nightmare the sample approved by me was not even the one printed on my visiting card. Basically a wrong design and color combination was printed and handed out to me. Even after informing them about the error these guys didnt make any initiative to rectify the mistake nor apologized for it. The most ridiculous service i have ever received. Recommend that no one shud use royal printer for their printing needs!
