Very arrogant staff and so busy and hardly got time to attend walk in customersYeah we get it they print for some big names but that doesnt mean we wont pay them or somethingThey just have really wonderful equipments thatll do justice to your work. But unfortunately the arrogance and attitude of the staff isnt worth it

Today I went to Reproscan all the way from Thane for 2 No 8X10 color printout I reach there around 12.30, after 15 miniutes someone attened me he ask for the files, since it was Lunch break come after 1 hour, 2 o clock I reach there, the person who attainde me told told that what media you asking for printing is costly, I said give on any media that you have with you that will do, he came after sometime and said our machine is not working you have to wait for 1/2 hour I said him thank-you and came back to Thane

Would have been my go-to place for all my business printing but with multiple printing hiccups in the past followed by billing issues, I was forced to search an alternative printing options. For small jobs, this place is ok but for quality & hassle-free work, its highly suggested to look for an alternative. Having said, staff here are very polite & try their best to help. Seems a mis-managed business.
