The guy Kanhaiya is extremely sincere, knowledgeable and does a very diligent job. He committed to fixing my laptop hinge ( required fabrication ) in a day and stayed till midnight and ensured that the laptop was fixed and available. Rare to find such sincerity.

Mr.K. Patwahas always been very thorough with customer service. He is the go-to person for any issues with laptops, especially in wfh scenario.. He explains the issue, procures materials quickly and repairs promptly. He is reachable on phone and has personally helped with delivering the device, which is really appreciated. Could not repair my laptop after keeping it for over a week, returned it with an internal circuit missing, which another repair shop informed me of, when I gave them for repairs. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Would not recommend.

I am really glad that I approached Jr future Tech laptop solution. The owner managed the adapter for my Lenovo laptop with in an hour which the so called lenovo exclusive stores are not able to arrange even after a week. These branded stores dont follow any ethical approach, they just money at the name of extended onsite service but at last we keep on mailing them, raising tickets but all in vain. I wont suggest anyone to pay even single extra penny to these exclusive stores. I really like the dedication and professional attitude of Jr Future Tech laptop solution in helping out their customers as soon as possible. Highly recommended! Repaired my Pavilion notebook for a hard-disk issue.Slightly expensive as compared to regular repair shops, but provided quick service and decent technical advice.

Work done was ok.. But too costly.. Could be because on powai area.

Yesterday even though there was cyclone alert Mr KL Patwa understanding my inability to visit their store made an effort to collect the laptop from my door step and finished worked 12 at night, send me pics and messaged me and returned back my laptop in absolute working condition before my meeting.
