I had got my HP laptop for free service camp. Very courteous technical staff and prompt response. They did my work in speedy time and also gave me the right advice for maintenance. They also advised not to go in for any unnecessary upgrade even though it would have meant a new business for them. Very Good Service and Co-operative staff

Really Slow Service. The person who is responsible for Laptop servicing, isnt from this shop it seems. They took 3 weeks and said the office is open only 4 days a week. They dont answer the Phone Calls and despite of paying for the repair of my Laptop, Im not satisfied at all. So wont be preferring this place when it comes to servicing.

They are just a actor go for online shopping and if any problem have appear you also have 7 days replacement time and that the discount is much more if your laptop have some technical issues then the money you have saved in the online shoping use that that is less than the service centre will cost.......

Hello World,This HP showroom is located very close to mulund station about 10 mins. The place is small and has a few laptops, desktops and other accessories. But Im quiet disappointed by the service I gto from here, the manager was a bit rude. The service guy also didnt entertain anyone. There arent a variery of laptops to see here. The place could have bben utilized more properly.If the attitude of staffs towards customers changed then it could do wonder.Thanks hope it helps!!!
