Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics is the oldest college of commerce in Asia. It has great history in term of many Notable alumni people like rakesh jhunjhunwala, Kumar birla, Deepak parekh and many more. There are many courses are offered both government aides and self finance . Very giant space and environment. Located in prime location of churchgate along with beautiful nariman point and great wankhede stadium.

Plz I request u not take admission in this college , Probably the worst decision of my life , only due to the name I took admission in this college but never knew my 2 years would get wasted like this , WORST STAFF, CAMPUS , TEACHERS U COULD FIND IN MUMBAI , TEACHERS THEMSELVES DONT HAVE EVEN 50%ATTENDANCE , LECTURES ARE CANCELLED ANYTIME AS PER THEIR CONVENIENCE , PLZ LISTEN TO ME N DONT TAKE ADMISSION , I M A STUDENT OF THIS COLLEGE.

Its a government college with low fees.It employs staff who dont have the skill as to how to talk to students in a polite manner therefore conflicts between staff and students is common. Management needs to be strengthened specially when dealing with students. Canteen is also very poor if you go inside the kitchen where they cook you will understand how much risk is involved in eating out there.

Before taking admission ask your seniors their experience with this collage.Worst response from staff, no one responds sincerely. Staff needs to learn professionalism. Even your problems are not solved timely. It takes 1 - 2 YEARS to get solved and by that time the problem is not relevant many times.It is worse than government collage also.

There are lot of Fest in this College, also it gives Good Education, it offers all Commerce related Courses, and make student capable to face Competitive Business World.

Very unprofessional employees....they take long time to give normal certificates, we have to visit 5-6 times to college just to get normal passing certificate...very bad experience... if there was a rating system less than 0 then i would gave them -10. They dont deserve 1 star also.

Great college situated in a great place, even Hr , Jai Hind and Nm are just kids in front of this prestigious college if the management staff took some more responsibility towards students and minimum 75% of attendance should be compulsory .

I like this college because in 1918, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was appointed as a professor at Sydenham Commerce College in Mumbai. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar used to teach Economics in this college .... I saw this college when I came to Exam Center in November 2015.
