Amazing outdoor sitting views in BC (Before Corona) Days, Best (and only) Café to take away a mocha or latte and sit or walk by sea side at Bandstand. Quite Close to SRKs Mannat Banglow. AC (After Corona) Days, dining and outdoor sitings are(were) closed so take away (is)was still an option. Staff courtesy and Chicken Smoky Sandwiches can always be improved.😉 All over good place and only option (after termination of next door CCD) at Mannat Front of Band Stand, CCD was always my first preference.(P.S These scenario is of Post COVID-19 era. Things may have changed and/or improved.)

The staff is ill mannered and says insulting and non sense things...The staff name was Rakesh Jha...this was the worst experience i ever had in any cafe...i urge Barista to take action immediately....specially when the cafe is open even after legal hours in pandemic...as the staff said the legal time is 4 p.m..how was it open till 10.15

It’s a great place to sit, relax, sip your favourite coffees and have some fun with your friends or family. The coffee is great too. But is little bit expensive. The best part is that you can enjoy the serene sea view while having your coffee that is a relief to your mind as well! 👍🏼

This outlet is located at Band stand, Bandra west and it serves a variety of delicious coffee,frappes, coolers, quick bites etc... The service was quick and staff was ok. What you will notice is that there is another popular café which is located right next to Barista and its funny to watch the guards and waiters of both cafes trying to steal customers, I mean just trust your brand. Let the customers decide and maintain some standards and ethics.Apart from that the ambience is just OK, it could be improved as the table seating is way too close to each other where its little awkward and spoils it if you are meeting a colleague for a business chat. Its better if the place is empty but if it is not empty then definitely not an ideal place for a casual chat and coffee.Now what really annoyed us was that there was a gang of boys who just came in with a weird attitude and they started grabbing chairs from our table, trying to make us uncomfortable, no courtesy, they started just joining in our space? Without any request. When we decided to leave what was even sad that the staff suggested us to move to another table? Why? Why werent those gang of boys asked to move who just suddenly dropped in? So the staff should take care of these things. Anyway, coming to the food this is what I tried:1. As we all know, Barista Cafe is the pioneer of coffee culture in India. The Barista Cafe chain of espresso bars delivers a truly Italian coffee experience in a warm, friendly and relaxed environment. It provides a comfortable place for people to unwind over interesting conversations and a hot cup of coffee and their quick coffee companions. I visited Barista after two whole years and it took me back to my college days when we used to sneak out of lectures and chill in Baristas sippin on Coffees. We started with their Cold Coffee Brownie Frappe loaded with brownie pieces while reminiscing our college days. In quick bites, we had ordered their Veg Puff which was served hot and was filled with potato filling and cashewnuts. We also tried their Spinach and Corn Sandwich which was made up of freshly baked multigrain bread filled with sauteed spinach, american corn, garlic mixed with creamy eggless mayonnaise topped with cheese. In sweets, we went with their Indulgent Almond Muffin which was a rich muffin slivered with almonds to make an everlasting impression on your palate.

The miffins are fresh and tasty. I love blueberry and chocolate chip muffins. The ambiance is great.

Well service, food and drinks are all good. But if you want to actually enjoy the fine Sea breeze without someone blowing some smoke on your face then dont go here. Theres a sign that says smoking not allowed, no butts. But every second table theres someone smoking. Thats sad. Not coming here again. Rather sit outside and bring my chain from home.

The Coffee was good, the service slow but friendly. The Chicken Wrap gave me the worst food poisoning I can remember. Ive been ill for 10 days and had to travel back to the UK while very poorly.The flights were a nightmare and getting home I was bed ridden for three days. I had to cancel work and give to other performers.All because of a Chicken Wrap that was neither hot nor cold. I wondered at the time if it should be one of the other, but I was tired and hungry and this seemed a safe place to eat. I know it was this, as I ate everywhere else with friends and we shared the same food.This is the only thing I ate alone and it was 12 hours later that the trouble started.Please, Servers, Wash your Hands properly, all the time. Make sure food is either Piping Hot or kept Cold, below 4 degrees.Do Not leave food on the side to warm up and do not cross contaminate.The good news is, I lost some weight and feeling much better now. But the last couple of weeks have been miserable. Sort it out and keep making great coffee!!

Nestled into a cozy location known as Bandra Bandstand, this cafe is situated in an unparalleled spot if you are looking for a very relaxed time.Since the cafe is located in a place where a few 100 meters away the land ends, you reach the hotel known as Taj Lands end and thus the traffic is just a trickle.The cafe is small. The seating arrangement is simple. Coffee is as good as any other place that one may have visited of a similar outlet but, who cares for coffee? Once you sit outside under the garden umbrella, you have a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea just across, about 20 feet wide and less commuted road. The sunset slowly changes the colour of the sky and, the sea, slowly, starts reflecting the sky as if to turn into a great drink to make you forget your coffee. However, since you do have a coffee on your table you end up taking a sip and viola! You have a coffee which as if the cool westerly sea breeze has gently caressed and turn it into a heavenly elixir.

If you are at Band stand and looking for coffee with the view of the ocean than this is a great place to chill out. Right across the beach not only it offers great view but also good Coffee.With limited sitting outside you still get decent place to sit outside and have a good coffee. Open till midnight makes this place further more worthwhile.

If youre too rich to sit on the bandstand area benches or on the rocks to enjoy beautiful sunset, this cafe is nice, you can spot few celebrities here on the Sunday eve enjoying the coffee over chat and a sunset... You wont see any waiting mostly ...

Like the coffee... Snacks are ok... Not much of a choice... Quite corners available for listening to your music or working on your laptop.

Cool location facing the sea

The place is only good for its location otherwise its not clean and the coffee isnt even good forget great. The service is ok though. Go there for a view and possibly with good company so you can forget about the coffee turns out.

Barista Cafe has a superb location just facing the sea and the Bandstand promenade and walking and jogging park. Enjoy the coffee and snacks and the breeze. Worth a visit.

Small. Really. But you can sit outside. A busy street in front and a lovely view if the sea beyond. Late evenings are perfect.

Easily one of the best Baristas that i have been to. Great location for a morning coffee or a nightcap as the Sun doesnt bother you. Staff is very efficient and friendly and the crowd is regulars and cool.

Today I ordered snacks and one Aasam Tea and One Darjeeling tea. Snacks were sub standard. Shocked to see that tea was just warm water with little tea colour. This is nothing but looting people of their money and exploiting customers just because of its scenic location at Bandra Band Stand. I demanded waiving of charges for two tea but they refused.

Although a bit small cafe, but the overall experience was good. The view from the cafe is really great as its located beside the sea. So, you can sit calmly, have coffee and enjoy the different shades of the sea.

Shabby and outdated place. Very small place. Choices few. Sitting area horrible, stray dogs all around the cafe some very sick with skin diseases. Beggars roaming all around. Only thing good here is view. But with dogs lying around , you dont feel like sitting much. No railing on the stairs for senior citizens to go up. Unfriendly staff.

You would love this place if u enjoy sipping a cup of your favorite hot beverage sitting by the sea face. Nice place. Excellent view of the sea. Best during winters. The staff are really good to talk to.The only problem is the kind of crowd that turns up here. Its a mix of ellite group and a gang of voilent or rowdy guys that sometimes turn up. That is the reason, i have given 3 stars instead of 5.
