Never had any problem until today Date 10 Oct 2021 time 9:45 pm at Central Lodha Xperia Mall Dombivli(purposely mentioning for the management people). So after waiting patiently for our turn at billing counter, this lady staff was making tantrums because it was closing time (15 mins still remaining) and was rushing us at the time of billing and talking very rudely (when asked to check loyalty points she made a face, then while my husband was asking me whether we shud buy the bag she instantly said baki customer bhi line me khade hai). OBVIOUSLY we didnt buy the stuff as this is not the way to treat customers. You just now lost a customer from long time today. Another male staff came asking us but She didnt apologize for her behavior! Worst experience!

Backside gutterSmell not god

Worst central store in and around Mumbai.. People rated mostly to xPeria Mall than Central store..Unorganized and rude employees..even their security women consider herself owner of future group..I used to always purchase from Central but horrible experience let me leave my selected items at store only..Not ever going back to Central again. Management should replace such unsocial staff immediately or customers have option to go for reputed foreign brands with reliable quality.

They are just making full to customer. Dont go there as they are mentioning unclear description about offers and making full. Arguing rudely, no respect of customer.
