Huge showroom but service was a big disappointment. Had to wait for quite sometime to be attended. In todays scenario, cant make customers wait for the want of the staff. Looked ridiculous. However, Bata offers good quality stuff at reasonable rates.

I feel the rates are high with just 3 months warranty offered on shoes.Salesman was good, he had almost convinced us to buy another pair of shoes.

Superb collection. Never saw this much of collection in any other Bata outlet. Too many varities and new collection. Also discounts offered for some older collection items.

The server quality products to their customers and the price range is also to waste and you will get discounts on products at their showroom. I will suggest you that do not purchase it online, prefer to go to the showroom and purchase it. You will gate best products and price also and their customer relationship is also good.

Worst experience. The staff is disintrested in helping you. They have their own agenda. Would never shop here ever again.

A very huge Bata Store in Parel. However, the staff seemed a little untrained & lacked in soft skills.The service was not very peaceful. Got the billing done quickly.Parking is an issue there. Park at your own risk.v

This store has quite a variety of footwear. I also got a bag for 50 percent discount as it was last years product.The exact same bag ( this years product)was available for 1700!

Bata show room at parel Location in mumbai. Its nearby the ITC 5 star hotel, near by KEM medical college, Wadia and Tata memorial cancer hospital.The showroom is in quite large space with varieties of options for all age groups .Staff is cooperative.

I visit this place occasionally since my childhood for buying footwear. Best quality footwear at reasonable rates. Recently bought sunshine by bata flip flops. And a chappal from this store.

Big store, lot of choice, good salesmen. A comfortable experience shopping. In fact, they arranged to send my product home via their online app, as the size I needed was not available. The products are economical, a wide range, that will appeal to everyone. Please note they dont have parking, you need to park on the road and finding one could be, bit of a problem for cars.

Loved the spacious feel that the shop offers and the wide collection that they have. The shop is situated on a parallel road to main road, so the traffic is also not so much. One can get parking also a lilbit easily which is a problem in most of the cases. Plus I need not elaborate on the brand of bata, that should be known to most of them. Goof shop to visit for the footwear needs of all gender and age group 👍

The staff is not at all helpfull, they use sarcasm to answer questions rather than being polite.It feels really horrible to see a brand outlet of bata going down because of bad customer support.Would not at all recommend people to go at Parel outlet.

This is companys retail outlet. A varieties of designs of footwear are on display. The rates are reasonable.The outlet has NO parking place.This is close to Jijamata Udyan (Ranichi Baug - Zoo).All the BATA products are on display that includes shoes, slippers, floaters, socks, etc. for men and women, kids. Nice specious outlet that is clean and well mantained.

Quality of BATA is always goods,this particular branch is massive in size + you can always find some or the other kind of offers going one, I would advice all bata fans to visit this store.

And you still want to buy their products then you should buy it from Online stores where you can have good discount. They dont provide much discount here. This Bata store is supposed to be one of the largest in Mumbai. It has great choices for shoes, colour and sizes. Sales staff is friendly and helpful. Because of one of them I got a very nice pair of walking shoes.
