Review for Dr. Manoj G.This consultation was for my mom. She was given an appointment for 7.30 pm after calling the clinic. Upon reaching the clinic they informed the doctor hasn’t arrived… the doctor came in an hour later! Why would you provide appointments when the doctor itself isn’t expected that time? And post the doc arrived, it took an additional 1.5 to 2 hours till my mom was called in. Is this how one expects heart patients to be dealt with who seek medical attention? It seems like the doctor is so busy that everyone has to run as per his schedule. Plus, even when attending to patients, the doctor is constantly on calls. At least after making the patient wait for 3 hours, you can give you undivided attention for 10 mins.My mom was asked to take some tests and come back with reports the following day, in case there were changes required to the meds. Even for this consultation (showing reports and getting to know of there was any change to medicines required) which did not last for more than 2-3 mins, she was made to wait for 2 hours!Why give an “appointment” when the standard waiting time is 2.5 to 3 hours in the clinic? In times of Covid when people are expected to stay indoors and maintain social distancing, you guys make patients wait for 3 hours. Utterly disappointing to know that only a doctors time is valuable and not the patients. I will be surely be changing my Moms doctor for next time.In response to the comment from the clinic... Interestingly there is always an emergency on every visit... there are several others who were waiting and have visited in the past who complained about this as a standard pattern. Rather than justifying the unprofessional and inconsiderate attitude towards your patients that are waiting for hours pls work on respecting your patients time and health condition and adhere to appointment schedules. People who are visiting are also sick and in need of treatment.

From Jan 2019, we hv bn visiting Dr. G.MANOJ for my father inlaw. Initially we had a good experience. But since Feb 2021 my fil started developing some abnormalities related to heart and till date we visited him thrice. Being a cardiologist Dr. Manoj ignored all the complaints and prescribed different medicines. In last week due to continued deterioration in health we consulted another cardiologist, who has suggested immediate Bypass. How can such a reputed and experienced be so negligent?????????

The staff is very good and soft spoken. The doctor also treats each patient with utmost care. I absolutely recommend this clinic where the doctors have a good command over the knowledge of various medicines.
