Has cash deposit and withdrawal machince

Staff is courteous. But getting things done is time consuming and one gets frustrated.

I tried opening current account in axis bank.I gave all the related document and cheque on 7th April. From then the account is not opened till date.It has already been 15 days. form last 4-5 days when i visit the branch i am daily promised to get the account working by today end of day.Out of frustration today i told to close the procedure and get me back the initial amount which i paid for opening the account.Now they are saying the account can only be closed if it is opened ,so closing will be done only after it is open.Also i will be have to a charge of 250 Rs for closing the account which is not opened and the remaining amount will be paid in the for of DD. Is this the way to harsh people who try to open an a current account with axis bank!!! Just writing this review so other dont make the same mistake of getting the business transaction halted for 15-20 days and go for axis current account.

Axis bank Pantnagar Branch located on the road. Major relief is parking available all the time which is a blessing in Mumbai. Staff is very cooperative and always ready to help from security to cashier to teller including The manager Mr. Dinesh Swargiya. Manager himself is very humble, polite and friendly. They have just installed cash deposition machine which is really wonderful to avoid long cues and one can deposit 24*7 even on odd hours and on holidays.

Good customer service delivered at time of opening of account have everything in a single kit.
