Its really good place for pizzas. A bit on higher side regarding the price but totally worth it. The staff is also commendable. They help a lot out with everything. Interior is also great. The plus point is its really near to the tourist place so its good for a quick bite.

Situated right next to Gateway of India. Superb ambience. You can actually see your pizza in making. They have live kitchen right in the middle of outlet. The food is yummy and staff is courteous too.

Had a great time. Do try the Pomodoro Pesto - Romana. We had dough balls(with the big plate, they offer pesto and the small one comes only with butter), Pomodoro Pesto, Classic and chocolate cheesecake (do try) and mocktails. Great service, amazing ambience. Worth the money. One shot of vaccination is required, staff were wearing masks and were strict with hygeine and cleanliness.

By far the best in pizzas... try the Apollo ( tandoori chicken) and cheese garlic bread its amazing... and pay via zomato pro.. i got a discount of rs.438 on a bill of rs.1750 ( 25%) discount...totally worth it.

Easily my favourite pizza restaurant in the city, I was very happy to learn that they were open for dine in service. Having celebrated my friends birthday with copious amounts of beer earlier, at nearby resto pubs, we were eager to bite into some delicious pizza. Especially after I had built it up so much.😁 Needless to say, Pizza Express did not disappoint. We ordered my usual (and my favourite) American Hottest, which is a thin crust pizza with toppings of pepperoni, jalapeno, nduja sausage, and mozza. Polished that off with their equally delicious cheesecake. 😋 Yummy goodness all around.

Order was extremely delayed in reaching my residence which is not more than 3 km away from the Colaba outlet. When I called them to question the status of my order I was hung up on midsentence. Pizza arrived cold as well. Very disappointed. Did not expect this from such a well known brand. Especially in such trying times when restaurants need to up their game in levels of customer service and maintain basic quality.

Delightful eatery close to the gateway of India. Walk or take a cab to the place lest you spend all your time trying to find parking. We ordered their garlic bread and a half and half pizza (Rome style, thin crust) both of which were really good. I only wish the thin crust was a little crisper and not... Soft. Other than though, the staff was courteous and the place was enjoyable.

The ambiance of the place is the best amongst all other pizza express outlets!!!I had my birthday party here and all hail Zomato gold that it came in the budget!!My most favourite thing that I wish could have on literally everyday of my life are the - dough balls !! So pizza express has always been a place where I have a birthday ritual at, I have a pepperoni pizza and a cheesecake, started at Delhi and I have to say, in colaba, this feels like home. The staff are so courteous and the food is great... Pizza express is bae. Now a frequent customer, pizza express is home!! I love it I love it I love it!! My recommendation: definitely try their pepperoni pizza and dont ever leave without having their amazing cheesecake... They serve a mean banoffee pie as well😊

Pizza Express offers fairly decent thin crust pizza, but its a little pricey for the quality of food on offer. They have some good starters with their signature mini-bread (dough balls) which is okay. It is a large place that is good for groups but if you have more than three people on weekend at night you will have to wait. Service can be a bit on the slow side. I like the art deco interiors that they have left unchanged. The pizzas are okay, their bread is excellent but they could do better with cheese, sauce and toppings. We ordered one of the desserts which was like an ice cream and it was too cold, almost frozen. All told, I think there are better places to find good authentic pizza at a better price.

This place is very understaffed it seemed, the front of the house is absent for taking reservations/waiting. He himself is busy serving food to people at tables. Waited for 45 minutes to get hold of him, still he was quite unresponsive and cant provide a table eventhough there were 3 tables empty.The other staff is quite polite and fast. The food is not that great for that kind of money.Not recommended to spend your precious time here.

They have hand tossed pizza, freshly baked . The 2 bottles you see are the olive oil, red one is chilli and the other one is garlic. Add those to your pizza........... just try it

I went to have lunch with my office people in the restaurant they asked us to sit and later came with a surprise if we have been fully vaccinated .There is nowhere written in the BMC guidelines that the person has to be fully vaccinated.such a pathetic service from Pizza express.all the other restaurants in the mumbai allows sine in with a proper social distancing.

First a caution.Parking at this place is a big challange. Despite having a valet, one valet cannot manage parking during sunday rush hour. It is better to park on your own. It saves precious time.Ordered Watermelon & Feta salad and pizzas. Both were food but not exceptional. Overall a good experience. Just a suggestion to the restaurant, In India, customers do expect to be served water.

The interiors resemble a fancy place but the food is your recognisable favourite. We were seated right next to where the chefs flipped their pizza. The location is Instagram worthy but it isnt the best as the pasta dishes being cooked tend to make you cough.We came for the pizzas. We first went for the Padana. The goat cheese went very well with the caramelized onions. I highly recommend the Margherita Bufala. A small twist on a classic, this pizza is the bomb. The chunks of mozzarella cheese were oh so good. Combined with a perfectly cooked base, tangy tomato sauce, and fresh basil, this was one tasty treat.The biggest kudos goes to the staff at Pizza Express. Service was nothing short of impeccable. Our server was amazing. The hosts were also awesome. Good ambience and decent food. The pizza we had was not like dominos and you might miss that usual taste of a pizza.The service was okayish,as I felt they paid more attention to people whom they thought were more sophisticated! We were just strolling around in the heat around gateway of India and were really hungry so thought of giving it a try. The pizza which we tried,I felt was overpriced,only because they know the advantage of the location they are situated at. It will definitely not satiate your hunger. But not a bad place overall.

The absolute best pizza place in town. Also serves the best pepperoni pizza. The proportions of the toppings are just perfect! And ofc, the NY Cheesecake is just the cherry on the cake. Absolutely amazing!

A very good restaurant for Pizzas & other Italian dishes. The ambience is good. The aroma of bread being baked hits you as soon as you enter in.The kitchen is open. They make the pizzas in open for anyone to see. The captains offer their suggestions while order finalisation.Only one improvement area: The captains need to visit the tables more often to see if there is any further order to be taken. We had to wait for 5-7 mins before someone arrived to take orders.

Seriously people, dominos and pizza hut are better than this. Ambience and service make up for the part that they totally lack in food. First of all the menu isnt sorted into veg and non veg, like there isnt even a mark to differentiate which dish is veg or non veg.. you have to read the whole description of the dish, to differentiate. What a beautiful and delicious experience !!! One of the most authentic and well managed pizza places of Mumbai. To start with, what a location. Bang on the most visited places of Mumbai, the gateway of India. Nice, balanced menu card with something for all age groups. We ordered Calabrese , Pollo Forza and a regular Margarita. Each one of them was competing for the best of the evening pizza. All authentic !! Each pizza was crafted to deliver best of taste, fragrances and beauty !!! Enough space for a big crowd. Two floors of PIZZA SPACE. Well trained and mannered staff. Clean toilets.Solid 5 stars .

A place for Italian food lovers. They have a good selection of Pizzas, pastas, desserts and drinks. The staff is very attentive and helpful and provide a good service. I loved the pizza and in the pasta I tried the Penne con Peppadew and if you wanna try non-alcoholic drinks try the Ginger Fresca. I love the ambience here and the pizzas taste almost like authentic Italian pizzas.

I would say dont go to this place, coz after this place you would feel pizza from other food chains as bread spread with tangy sauce. You have the menu with dishes with whose name you cant enunciate and with ingredients you didnt knew existed. I had a course of garlic bread, with thin crust fungi pizza... Concluded with a dessert of pizza dough with Nutella sauce. Believe me... That was a pallete orgasm I had in a really long time. Must visit if you like Italian and something new

The pizza options are great but very disappointed with the watermelon feta cheese salad. Apparently, they add onions, cucumber and black olives to it which is the most weirdest thing to do.

Good place but the price is bit high but its ok if the taste of food is good and taste is really good.

Went with a group of colleagues and had pizzas, dough balls, mocktails and desserts. The pizzas were all flavorful and yummy. And I loved the dough balls, especially the dips they came with. I had the Ginger based mocktail and it was nice and delicious.But the major highlight was their desert - Baked Cheesecake. Theirs is easily the best Cheesecake in town. Highly recommended.

Ordered latte and mocha..it was worst..mocha was tasting as strong cappuccino coffee,latte was also the same he made it so strong it was unable to drink.i asked them to give me hot chocolate instead of mocha but they added chocolate and gave me mocha again.. people there are not proper trained in making coffee ...Andheri West pizza Express is much better

My sister and me were looking for a nice place to eat when we were in Colaba a few months ago !!! While looking through zomato we came across Pizza Express and decided to go here for a quick lunch .. This place is listed on Zomato gold and what more could we ask for :p We ordered for Garlic bread with cheese, pasta and their special Romana chicken pizza !! The pizza was thin and crisp but they could definitely add more cheese on it .. Garlic bread was super delicious and so was the cheesy pasta !!! However this place is definitely worth a try

Extremely poor and slow service if you are dining in. They are only interested in swiggy, zomato and scootsy online orders. Orders takes ages to arrive and so does the bill. Servers are least interested in serving the in house diners. Pizza express Colaba has lost 1 customer for sure. Even the last order, thin crust margarita pizza was burnt and tasted awful. And they were not serving water on the table citing covid. Although there is no corelation Plus not serving drinking water in a restaurant is against state laws.

The food here is typically exceptional. Service is definitely not slow. The guys here give space and sufficient time to get settled and make a decision.We ordered the pomodero pesto pizza which was amazing.Dough balls with nutella is a must have dessert here.

Pizza express is our favourite place. And we always enjoy our meals here. Well today it left me bit in hesitation when we ordered the lasagne. It really didnt turn out well as we expected it to be. The pizza was great so atleast not left there with a bad choice. We have been regulars and having the lasagne was just the disappointment I never expected off. The staff did try to make it up with replacing our dish with a fresh one but it just made up a bit bettee so I am happy for that. I didnt like the lasagne and I doubt I would very soon order one now.

Horrible / worst pizza : pizza was uncooked. Then the server said l will fix it for you. Later the same pizza was brought to us with completely burnt leaves and over cooked buffalo cheese . All in all ruined my meal :(Plus points for the ambience and the prawns.

The Reason I’m giving 3 starts is because their business strategies are ethics less. They are charging extra for each small small changes.We ordered couple of pizzas and some dough, just for few changes like base, toppings and extra sauce they charged around 500 extra + tax + service charge.Now why they are taking full service charge when many things are self service.Guys sudhar jao, do business honestly.

I went out for my birthday dinner with my friends and it was even my first time as I had heard a lot of food things about this place... But I was a little disappointed ... Im a pizza lover but for some reason I wasnt satisfied with the overall experience... Service was slow and just maybe not as good as expected

Great ambience.And the most important thing taste is lajawab .If you are a non veg chicken lover, here is one recommendation from my side, you Must try the POLLO CORIANDER PESTO pizza its really worth it. It is a spicy pizza with Indian twist of chicken tikka and coriander. Its really a worth having it. And the best thing about it is that 20 RS of that pizza goes to the Appolo hospital charity for cancer patients.But less and slow WiFi connection. They only provide 200MB for 1hr which is really less. You should really take up with your WiFi issue.I never had such a great chicken tikka pizza any where else. It was perfectly made and tasted as heaven.No doubt its always a 5 star rated restaurant.
