Only a Single person at front desk causes chaos at times. Also due to too much wirk load the front desk person loses his/her patience.

Efficient and Professional Service. Only complaint about the waiting time which was quite long. These guys have 4 counters but only 1 was staffed and operating at 12 noon when I had gone. Also they need to restrict the number of phones being accepted per person. These guys from department stores come with 4 to 5 instruments and take up to 30 minutes each as a result other customers suffer. Need to improve on this.

It was a great experience visiting the centre.the Que moved fairly quick. but still need to have more customer executives as in peak hours there is a chaos.Problem is fixed quick but processing takes too much time.too much documentation and a bit confusion.but overall good response from here compared to my previous visits to LG & Sony centres.

If only there was negative rating that I could give I would surely give. The employees are not only rude but they dont have any work ethics. They Leave their desk way before time. No calls are attended. And most of the people have same issues as I read in other reviews but Still no improvement. I guess they are really not interested in providing quality service, as customers are being unheard. Its always crowded since its the only one center in suburbs. I would advise to visit some other center

Worst Experience I have ever faced, Today I have given them my Redmi Note mobile for updating software for which they have given an estimated timing of 2 hours, I have submitted my mobile at 2 pm, after that I have visited their service center to pick my mobile at 5PM then I have to wait for 10 minutes more to get my phone. They have asked me to pay the software installation bill but when I have checked my mobile they have not at all checked my mobile issues neither they have updated any new software in my mobile, when I have complained for the same the staff is trying to assure me that they have updated the software, then I have shown them proof that all the old software’s which are installed by me and all the contacts & issues are still there in my mobile, after 5 minutes of arguments they have agreed that software Updation is not done in my mobile & they have asked me to wait for 10 minutes more then they will update the software for which I have to agree or else they will charged me Rs.118 for just keeping my mobile in their center. I have again submitted my mobile at 5.15Pm After that I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the software installation done for which I have to miss my important meeting at 5.30Pm. At 6.05Pm I have left their service center with my mobile. The staff is not at all co-operative & will gives you a frustrating answers. I have missed my important meeting because this useless peoples  for them customer’s time is not at all important they just asked you to wait & wait & wait nothing else & you have to asked them every time if the mobile work is done or not.

They do not answer the phone at all..Ive tried calling continuously over a period of 2+ weeks and from different numbers, since I havent had time to visit the center. When i finally did get the time they said that there is no status update on my device. So no clue whether it has even been sent somewhere or whether its lying there collecting dust

Really had great experience. My mobile had issue with the display(few dead pixels yellow in color) , they changed the display within 2 hours. Staffs were polite and well behaved.

Pleasant is what Id call my experience at this service center. Guys there are pretty helpful and customer friendly. Specially a front desk girl named Prachi and guy named Kushal are extremely professional and provide help without letting a smile wash away from their faces, no matter what. Id call my experience satisfied, Thanks to these guys.

Well maintained MI Service Center,Executives resolve customers issues as soon as possible that I liked most.All facilities are available here like Clean Seats and Filtered Drinking Water and all staffs are very humble....

For dell usersThey wrecked my laptop. I gave it for an issue in power button. They crashed my hard disk and OS. And charged me money for that.Service centre is not branded for dell. Looks like one owner running multiple brand service centres using same resources.Extremely bad experience.

Worst experience ever...I have visited today MI Gallery bcoz i have problem with my charger..My charger still in warranty...what happen with me i tell u in 5 min only 2 ℅ charging...and in 1 hour only 24 %...The fault with the charger.Then i told to MI Customer Person they says will check i told its fine......But after that they says we are unable replace the charger....I told why so i have also told my charger is in warranty...They told charging ho raha ha na sir 5 min mein 2 ℅ charging toh charger proper hai...they says humne thik kar diya hai charger....At the end my charger not replaced.. I think If they wants to maintain customer relationship then they should replace my charger but they are not bothered...They not replace my charger...But when i arrived at home then i chargered my phone the same issue happens with me...Worst experience with MI customer service center..

Bought MI router, 3 months back, and within 2 months it started troubling. I visited this service centre for replacement, but even after 15days, no replacement happened, which was suppose to happen within 7-10days. They were not ready for the tentative date as well. I brought my router back hopelessly, and the best part is, its now not even powering. I dont blame the Service centre executives, they are sweet ppl(they cant help if the product is not available in inventory), but guys plz stay away from the brand. Its Chinese maal in exclusive packaging.

Badly behaved technicians. Got my cracked screen replaced, but the new screen has a yellowish tint and clarity/pixelation issues. Their technician Vijay Kanojia refused to even acknowledge the issue and was extremely rude about this. Hes blaming the vendor for supplying such parts - thats the Companys problem and responsibility - why should the customer suffer for that? Avoid going to this service center.

No one picks the phone here at this service center. The chat support says Maybe the executives / service engineers are busy But I have been calling for 2 days continously and no response from the service center. I just want to check the status of my phone with them.

I submitted my headphones for replacement on 30th July and now its October and I havet received any confirmation from them. Its been more than 2 months!! They never, ever pickup call and when I visited them after their given timeline, they behaved VERY RUDELY and bluntly said I have to wait & Keep Patience. The MI & TVS electronics both are playing cheap tricks with the customers. ON the one hand they are selling headphones on their site, on other hand, they are making customers wait for more than 3 months, so that they can simply forget about it and move one and buy another. Its kind of scam. I am thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer forum. NEVER BUY MI Products.

Pathetic experience.They made me waits for 1 and a half hr just to check up. I was informed that there would be a base charge of 120 for inspection and parts and other charges would be informed post inspection. I was told to come back after 2 hours. In about 20 mins I got a SMS asking to contact the service center. So I called the place but not response t0 my calls, so I gave up and reached the place after 2 hrs. Such unorganized is this setup that the counter guy did not even reply when I asked about my phone . Finally after another 1 hr when I could speak to the gentleman at the counter, I was told the inspection was done and that I should have waited. Anyways I did not want to get into any moronic argument. The person informed that the charges would be 4600 (for a Redmi 2 phone costing 6999 !!!!!) So i paid them the 120. They gave me a system generated paper which I assumed was a bill. On reaching home when I checked this paper, it turned out to be a service record note with a quote. No invoice.. Saw this counter guy short change a client who then came back demanding the change back and was immediately given the money back.The worst part.. a street side shop got the phone repaired for Rs 800/.. Shows the sorry state of affairs with MI and TVSe

The employees were incapable.my warranty period expired just 2-3 days ago wherein my audio jack had some issues wherein she(the employee)quoted me Rs.6500 which came to me as a shock when i enquired at other service centres they said the servicing would cost me worth Rs.350. MI has lost its credibility.
