I bought Acer laptop adaptor on 14th August. The adaptor was non working. The owner said he never sells anything original in the shop and that I wanted original adaptor I should pay extra 500non top of 999 that he took from. Us for a non working duplicate adaptor. His office boy said that since the bill is of 14th Aug and I had gone on 15th Aug he should be refunded.. But the boss was adamant on non refund and i had to take credit note. My brother had a spare adaptor and I connected it and it worked. Really high handed approach, zero customer satisfaction, my way or highway attitude... Disappointed... Have the credit note with me.. Let us see how he honours it..
