Chicken tikka Biryani i got was boiled rice over gravy,no garnishing at all. There was nothing special abt the taste...so unhappy abt it.

Hi New Huma Caterers,I would personally like to thanks the members of New Huma Caterers for beautifully handling my occasion on 8th March, 2020, we had 500+ guest and thanks to Ziya and Vinit who made this occasion a grand success, a great taste of food loved by all the guests, a very good quality and taste everybody liked Moroccan Kebab and Kohinoor kebab, Mutton duwan ghost and Chicken kashmiri korma with kofta was too yumm, Veg too was damn awesome, thanking once again to Ziya and Vinit for all your kind support, would recommend others as well, rate of New Huma Caterers is also moderate and easily affordable by all. Thank you once again :)

The guy name Ziyauddin has good marketing skills. At the time tasting, he will make it look very presentable but at the time of execution he spoilt it. The quality of service is very bad. They promise to keep professional staff but keep local chapri guys who are continuously over the phone. None of my guest were happy with the food and service. It was my big day and New Huma caterers ruined it completely. Ziya promised to keep 50kg of mutton for 650 guest but quantity of mutton served was very less. Instead, his staff was seen carrying away the remaining mutton with gravy for their consumption at the end. Please stay away from New Huma Caterers if you dont want to spoil your big day.

Spoilt my wedding funcn.... Promised juices...served water quantity mixed more. Me and family along with husb had to go to their office the next day of wedding aftr a function to talk abt all this and abt how they charged..incorrectly....they did not take any responsibility and also on the welcome drinks they said paani toh milta hi hai na drinks mein...thodi poora drinks hoga and when we said testing mein and always you guys promised good drinks...he said deal ke time pe toh bolte hi hain na. Very rude and irresponsible. Veg was wasted and guests who eat only veg left without food as veg food wasnt served on time and at the backside of the venue where no one could see. Ice creams were over. Many did not get the ice cream. Even items were missing at the main table reg starters and ice cream. Also muslim wedding....we were told they would be in decent uniforms as per the muslim culture but they were wearing skirts.... Everytg that was promised was broken. Food quality too on tge walima. Plus they were asking for heavy tip individually. Worst caterers. V rude and irresponsible. Never spoil your special days by hiring them.Note: this is New Huma at jogeshwari and not the Huma at town dongri.

Don’t order from here if you have a function. Your order will reach once the function is over. They have no sense of timing and all they will say is sorry bahaut order thaa.. any other place would have made up and apologised by sending some sweet dish considering it’s a wedding event. But they don’t care. DONT BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE

He takes money in advance and does not complete the order ..food quality i very poor
