This was the best cafe once a upon a time but the worst right now in the area. There was a charm to this place around 10 years ago. But only has degraded under the current management. There is no proper ventilation, unhygienic, air conditioning (its like playing in a desert), pathetic pc conditions and customer service. All the customer woes and suggestions are given a deaf ear by the manager and there is no real scope of this gaming cafe to improve since with its current trajectory. The only reason people are still coming here is because humans are creature of habit and weve been coming here for over a decade. But if all would want to make a switch to better options outside it would be the best and a valid decision by the people. Some changes in the ventilation, air conditioning and some upgrades in the pc system and stable internet connection with a backup one, would bring it to life and compete with the others around which are pretty much available at 40rs an hour. While paying 30rs here also feels a waste of money with the headphones peeling off and dirty mouses which dont work properly, most importantly an unstable net connection with packet loss & to make it worse pathetic graphics on the systems. Wouldnt advise any new people to come here and game, if you havent had the habit and friends here! dont really bother coming here. If this place was on rent, this would have shut down, with major losses years ago. The only reason no #ucks are given is because there is no recurring expenditure on the estate.
