Really good Kerala food. Go there if you want to eat traditional Kerala sadya on banana leaf. The seafood options are also very yummy, dont forget to try prawns roast/fry.
Cold Food that supposed to be served warm temperature.Good Service
Varied menu of malayali food. Good food and service. Parothas were so soft, fluffy and delicious. Mutton roast and chicken kerala was good.
Great food. Value for money and absolutely enhancing tast clubbed with service makes it must visit place
Incredible food and loved their chicken fry biryani! Will definitely visit again for some more keralan cuisine dishes !
Kerala thali is tasteful and economical...sambhar is awesome
Food here is amazing...chicken kothu porota is one of the best dish I had...
Visited for the Sadya which had a lot of variety, reasonably tasty but the food was served cold, the person serving overbearing about the coldness of the food disorganised and the place was cramped.
Kerala style food ... In the midst of the Mumbai City... Tasty and fresh.... Worth exploring.... The special Kada fry, karimeen Fry, kappa biryani & puttu erachi ... the sadya is also good... Loved it overall...
Pocket friendly ... authentic south indian taste
Nice food, good quality, specialist is nonvegTry Neer dosa its 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Great Kerala dishes. A must try place
Small hotel, very good testy food. Heavy rush today, but need to improve on hygiene.
Nice Kerala thali
One of the best place for South Indian cuisine.
Food is good but they put too much Soda in meal which makes uneasy after meal...
Super Kerala dishes, natural taste
Decent Malayali fooding option in fort area.Reasonably priced given the location. The parotta here is crispy and tasty.Veg Sadhya is available everyday and is a good option for a fulfilling lunch. The upper floors are air conditioned while the ground floors are not.Needs improvement in ambience and visible hygiene though, especially to allow family members to sit and enjoy a comfortable meal.
Incredible mallu food, which is hard to find in Bombay
This is a hidden gem in South Mumbai. A very basic looking place from outside and inside as well located on a small lane near Flora Fountain (Hutatma Chowk). But dont go by the looks....food is real Kerala sadya style....serves non veg as well...we had the Kerala sadya meal which is traditionally served on a banana leaf and we also ordered Surmai fry. Fresh fish! not frozen. and this is not expensive. Very friendly on the pocket with a really welcoming Manager and staff.
Authentic Kerala cuisines.. reasonable and quality food. Specially malbari paratha and chicken.
Such a samefull experience .while calling for order the staff behaved so badly. Never experienced like this from any restaurant.
Best place for Malayalee food 🙂Amazing taste .. banana leaf feast (sadya) on Sundays is the best thing about the place 🙂
The best place in Mumbai for authentic kerala sadhya...one place where you wont regret having veg food. You can always pair it with raves fry or chicken kerala !!!!! I never get tired of going to this place
If you are around fort, churchgate area and its lunch time.....guys I tell you dont miss this place....wow southindian delicacies and lovely amazing meals...nonveg specialities...and seafood
Feeling satisfied wth their foods nd too their food serving.... Hpy to visit HOTEL DELUXE,Sure wl cme next time to try other balanced dishes which is not tke ths time.

Great 👍 yummy 😋
Awesome food real taste of kerala.Would definitely recommend to everyone to try fish meals here
You will get decently priced delicious authentic Kerala style food here. Best suited for quick lunch.
Best keral food
This place is great! The food was excellent in terms of taste and quality, always has been, and so was the service.
Food was excellent but their service was very bad.
Situated near Floura fountain in a narrow lane. This place is like heaven for the South Indian Food Lovers. I have been coming over here for few years since my college time and oh boy this place doesnt disappoint in terms of food quality and quantity.I always come here to eat Veg. Sadhaya (3 Bhajis of Various sorts, 2 pickles, Sambhar in big bowl, 2 chapati, Rice, Rasam & Payasam) which will only cost you 200 Rupees but look at the contents of the food they give.Much recommended place if youre lover of South Indian food.
Decent place for good food. I liked fish and Kerala chicken.
Excellent Onam food
Good food at reasonable rates. Our bill for 5 people with all sorts of veg and non veg food was just 1600.
Good food, good staff. But the place is a bit congested.
Super tasty food, especially seafood. Price is moderate
Love all vegetarian dishes here ..used to b my home during lunch for two years.the thali they serve is so tasty that one wont feel regret coming here Appam the jeera water pickles or chutney add-ons .. plus the staff how they serve it.all good
Excellent....food ....service
Authentic Kerala food
Best Kerala cuisineBut after lockdown its taste isnt same anymore.I wish after few monthThat classic taste should regain.
Good for Chettinad chiken
Good & Tasty Food
Prior to the Lockdown this place was among the best places that served authentic keralan cusine. I was a regular to this place as we enjoyed mostly all of their seafood offering. The seafood here used to be fresh and flavorful and the quality unparallel for the price it was offered.🔶 Lockdown visit 1:We called them in the afternoon and decided to place the order once we reach there. The person said they were open for order but itd be take away which is agreeable. On reaching the place the restaurant straight away denied to take order without any reason.Have it the benefit of the doubt and readily let it go, assumed it to be one of the bad days. And our second favourite place Pratap Lunch Home was there was rescue and didnt disappoint us at all.🔶 Lockdown visit 2:This time we placed the order on call2 Prawn Masala Fry1 Chicken Pepper frySome appam and Kerala ParathaThe prawn masala fry was full of fish bones, I dont get why would you add fish bones to the curry. The prawn was not at all fresh and the size of the prawn was a joke. The prawn were feeling more like small pieces of rubber. And mind you they took the full price i.e ₹300 approx.Chicken pepper full of bones and hardly any pieces. If you cant manage the restaurant then please have the decency to shut down and not rip off your loyal customers. The appams were spoint but still you guys decided to serve it to your customers. If the owner is reading please have a look into the matter and what is going on.It takes years of hard work to build the reputation and achieve what your restaurant has achieved. These recent events are just destroying your reputation. Attaching the picture of bill and food hope the original quality is back soon.
Good food affordable
Good Food but required more cleanness
Nice place to relish Kerala food
Good Qty
Food quality is awesome.
If you would like to have a taste of delicacies from Kerala, this is a place you can go to. Try the meals served on a banana leaf. There is plenty of choice for a vegetarian though a hard core non vegetarian, can have his fill to his hearts content. The short eats they prepare in the evening, are an experience in themselves.
Nice place
Was there today for vegetarian banana leaf lunch. Hogged to my hearts content. Extremely delicious food and good service too. and for just Rs 190 (taxes included) it was worth every penny. it might look like a small non descript place but dont judge a book by its cover !!! The food will make you come back again and again.
Loved the food. The waiters are extremely friendly and always ready to take any order. It could get crowded, due to the small area, especially in the afternoons, but the food is worth the wait.
The best beef sukha Ive ever had
Situated in a busy lane in Flora fountain area. Quite popular especially for south indian and exotic non vegetarian food. Vegetarian lunch was delicious. Service is quick. Price very reasonable. But quite a small restaurant due to its location in the prime office area of VT. One May need to wait for their turn during peak hours due to limited tables.
Really amazing and authentic Kerala food. I loved it to the core. Highly recommended to everyone whos visiting Churchgate. Its cheaper too. Staff is also very friendly. They tell you what is what and offers you extra even if you dont ask for it. I cant wait to go there again.
Best food
Fish thali and chicken biryani must try... even fish fry are nice here.... since its in a small street... parking bill be a problem... hard to get place to sit in peak hours... must try their payasam... for dessert....
Ambience is bad. Food is good
Best Kerala food in town
Taste of food is good.Seating is very congested as limited space available.Parking is also not present nearby, if going by 4 wheeler park the vehicle on the main road.
Its a good place to have Malayali food. Overall was a good experience, just once got served with a raw chicken. Rest service is ok.
Authentic Kerala food. Rightly priced. Must try. If going on lunch time, might find rush and wait for some time. Very good and polite staff. Must try place.
Good in taste and quick services. Mostly suitable for South Indians especially keralites. Due to constraint space not comfortable in eating for 04nos seating together.
South Indian restaurantFood is best in mumbaiAll menu items are availableWaiting time is approx 20 min
I am a hardcore carnivore but went specifically for the vegetarian Sadhya. At a cool 180 odd bucks and unlimited servings, the Sadhya was bursting with flavour and at the end of it, I was bursting too. Did not crave or miss meat at all. Highly recommended.
The Onam sadhya/lunch yesterday at Hotel Deluxe was delicious. The food was fresh and authentic. To top it all the service was excellent. They treated us with care. I am really impressed.
If you love food on banana leaf. Welcome to the treat for your tummy, brain and heart. Love this place
Its an above average restraunt for kerala cuisine. But definitely not the best
Must visit for Kerala style food..excellent unlimited veg karala food on banana leafs. If u want test pure and origional Samabar than use must try it with ukada rice which they serve in thalli.
Nice keralite delicacies
It was my 1st visit so I couldnt taste much variety. Its a crowded place. Loyalty among the customer is really high. We had to wait for about 20 min for seats. They have limited seating, serves good Keralian food. Loved their porotta 😍 and their pal-adda payasam (kheer) it was complementary ❤ Had porotta, chicken kerala style. Chicken was crispy and beautiful what it need is bit more spice to it.. I am a spicy food lover so I need my chicken to be spicy for the porotta so it balances the goodiness of the porotta. May be on next visit I would ask them to prepare spicy for me. Price wise its fine. Good hygiene.
The best place to find delectable authentic south Indian food. If you love sadhya as much as I do, youve gotta go here! :)
Amazing sadhya ( Kerala thali on a banana leaf). The other food dishes are also exquisite. A must go for food lovers!
Just awesome. Light on your pocket and lots of variety. Biryani n fish dishes are awesome. Must visit for taste of Kerala food.
Great food. The Surmai fry is excellent. We also had Chicken Kerala and prawns fry as starters, both of which were amazing! While everyone raves about the parotta, also do try the appam which is great as well! I would highly recommend this place for nice malyalee food. Also dont be fooled by the small size; theres a lot of seating upstairs on the first floor. The seating can get a little cramped though. Tall folks may have a problem.
Good food with good service
Good place to get Kerala food in Mumbai.. Best tasting food and cuisine
Very very good food.
Good non veg food, reasonably priced, fresh seafood, parathas are awesome..very good value for money
Good and tasty Kerala food at a reasonable price.
Homely non vegetarian food with reasonable rate. Good hospitality.. Guarantee on taste ensures. Suggest for repeated visited.
Awesome south indian food. Friendly staff food quality has been exceptional round the clock. Recommended for Non-Veg lovers and south indian food lovers.
Its veg keralite thali was lip smacking. Payasum served here is just out of the world, pickles are worth trying.I would highly recommend this place for a complete meal and authentic South Indian taste.
