Most stores are expensive inside the airport and there isnt much decent places to have a snack and coffee. I got a croissant and hot chocolate combo in Costa at a combo discount. I wanted it in a take away and they gave without any extra cost. Croissant was quite big and the hot chocolate tasted good.

Coffee is alright, would have given a 4* if they would have served me in a proper cup and not disposable paper cup especially when I said that I would like to “drink and not take away”.In a paper cup I felt like the coffee tasted a bit wired.Now that my opinion and not everyone’s.Coffee should always be served in a proper classic old fashion cups and mugs.

Located near gate 46B I was greeted with a person with determination with a warm smile and he recommended me best coffee he had to offer at that time ( as others were closed due to cleaning...Around 4am in the morning)..Although he couldnt speak much. How actions would speak louder than his words. May the Almighty bless him 😊

I didnt like the taste of mocha .. it was more like chocolate milk with little coffee...The coffee cream frostino was ok... But both the drinks were too sweet..

Avoid this place. The coffee was weak also honesty is lacking. The guy working the counter asked me for higher price than what was on the receipt. He said the extra was for tax. But the receipt showed the tax was already calculated and included. I wonder if this is how he makes extra money?

Coffee tastes really bland. The barista just gave me a half filled coffee cup, leftover coffee shot from the previous customer and heaps of froth. I had asked for a latte.

Located near Gate 70. Seating area available. Usual options of coffee and quick bites available. Quick service.

The café latte is the best in Costa. And traveling time, Costa is a stop for me inside.

The cappuccino was horrible- tasted like water with a bit of foam on top. At least I got a bottle of still water (which did taste like water), and for that I give one star.

Truly the best coffee in town combined with service, also like to add Starbucks is everything but taste, India Franchise sucks.

At Costa Cafe , Mumbai Airport, International Terminal, I asked the person behind the counter for a Cappuccino, he rushed quickly and called his colleague. She took my order, and gave him back the paper and with sign language she explained to him I need an extra espresso shot. I asked the lady if she knew sign language, she said she learned it because she works with five colleagues at Costa Cafe who are DIFFERENTLY ABLED. I was deeply touched with Costa Cafes humanitarian acumen. Thank you Costa Cafe for giving work opportunities to these employees. I am your customer and I will support you for your compassion, I hope others support you too, so you know that what goes around comes around. I took the employees permission to have a selfie with him and to post it for others to awaken the human sense in them. The best coffee ever, THANK YOU.

We first bought a chocolate shake which was tasting terrible. We requested them to change it since it didnt live upto our expectations.While they did change and give us a cold coffee, the next coffee was even worse. It was filled with water :(Definitely not expected from a brand like Costa coffee.

On 25/08/18 i biught a ice coffee at mumbai terminal2 airport 0640 hours.was served by Mr Samad staff no 5007 in the receipt it stated 330idr.but when i reach back Singapore i receive a bank statement i was charged for 1031 idr.so i when i check back the receipts..i found 2 receipts for that particular transaction.i paid using mastercard.one receipt was charge for 330idr and under the mastercard transaction i was charge 1031 idr.please do check up on this.I hope this is just a human error and not an intended moves done by the employee.

Had very bad experience at Costa Coffee. Bought one Blueberry Muffin and we packed and got out of the store. Found Human Hair inside. Disgusting. Waste of money.

Like all of Mumbais international airport, it is very new and very clean and maintained. The prices are not low, and it does not have its own internet, although you can get hooked to the airport by requesting the information key.
