Awesome place5 minuits walk from Witty University!Nice and quiet !

If you are looking for a swanky, chic kinda coffee place this is not it. But then I am guessing you already know that. This particular outlet is right next to SV road is very convenient for a quick bite or meeting and is a decent option if you want to have a cuppa by yourself or dig into some good hot food, the staff prepares it with some level of attention to detail which is nice. But beware when it rains the entrance to this outlet fills up so gives you the wadding through pond kinda feel. Of late have noticed a lot of ready to eat snacks in CCD outlets and they are good - spicy banana chips, soya chips, nachos with dipping sauce in a neat compact container, individually packed cookies - a big thumbs up to the snacks.

CCD is not as it was before however the service was ok.

What you want in a cafe is great location, good menu and cozy ambiance. I dont there there are comparable cafes on SV road at malad. So great on the location. Ambiance, good - the revamp of CCD decor is good to see. Menu - well its a CCD. its now known for its coffee.

Horrible staff. I ordered a simple cold coffee. They printed a bill for some dark frappe which was double the price without asking me. Their explanation was since cold coffee was not available, we selected something better for you. They argued without apologizing and finally agreed to serve something else and refund remaining amount with a rude tone as if they are doing me favour. And then they have the audacity to persuade me to buy something to eat.What kind of CCD does not serve Cold Coffee?

Their is nothing much to say about another branch of the coffee chain but obviously its great for hangouts and pass time with friends and nevertheless it wont crash your wallet just like Starbucks does.

The brand needs no detailed description. But as all the places are different.. If you looking at a nice coffee with some snacks.. This is the place you can go.. Of course tea options are also good.. And love the deserts here.. The place is usually not quite but yes still makes a nice coffee break.

This Coffee house opens at 11am. Disappointing.

Lost its charm wayyy back. The menu board isnt informational at all and the staff wasnt polite enough to bring a pamphlet to us either. Ordered Cold Breeze drink for 200 bucks which basically tasted like a slushy and a 2rs pepsi combined! XD Although the quantity was enormous! The staff was actually nice..just the menu thing was an issue.

Its a cool place for youngsters of colleges and some high class people, its neat and clean and the staff its absolutely friendly,a must visit place for a student of near by colleges like saraf,dalmia,vidhayvikas,etc.

They didnt have extra cups to serve me. Their coffee mugs were very busy and tired
