Service and food is average as it is a self service restaurant and the charges are also high to opt for self service.... The pizza we got was bit uncooked and the same happened with the couple sitting on the next table..... I think at the price they are charging they should offer more hospitality then self service....

The theme of the cafe is different it is based on air force. The cafe is located in Borivali next to veg street hotel. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We tried Cheese Nachos and the taste of Nachos was just like Masala Khakhra. You dont have much options to choose from. Taste wise is ok okAlso they have some games to play like Ludo Jenga And some books. Staff is well trained and co operative. What I feel is they need add more food items in the menu. You have variety of options in drinks but when it comes to Food you have some limited options like Pizza Fries Dabeli (Indian burger) Nachos Pastries Chills( Pan Cake) All n all its a average you can spend some decent time if you are looking for not so crowded cafe.

Theme based entirely on airport this runway is quite spacious available with both indoor and outdoor seating, interior based on travel with one wall decorated with world map and the other adorned with rotor blades.The meal started with chilled refreshing cold coffe followed by Dabeli-Kutch Special Burger. Thick patty with veggies sandwiched between two buns with Dabeli chutney to it. Sometimes two different cuisines can perfectly blend with each other. Worth the try, highly Recommended!The flat Runway Dimension Nutella and Fruits Classic was selected as the dessert for the day. Thin waffle was topped with Nutella, crushed Kit Kat and finely chopped fruits. Overall an average dish.In a nutshell, the cafe has some good quality dishes that are definitely worth the try, with down to earth staff and quick service.

Sitting arrangements are great so you get a different space but only a few tables and one big table is available. The cakes here are simply amazing.

Ambience was good. We sat outside because as it is it was cold outside. No much choice in the menu but lot of options were new and innovative. One such food which we ordered was blue bagel burger. It was good and delicious. Will definitely go again to see if there is red or green burger ( I dont remember any other food from menu 😋).

The theme of the Cafe is very unique and well presented. A small place in the middle of Borivali to chill with friends. The staff is very good and the food is also great with some nice fusion dishes. The coffee too is amazing and the Air Canada Shake is a must try for people with a sweet tooth.

This one star is for the interior and the decor. We ordered cheesy fries and the fries were extremely oily we told them to change it for us, they just got the same fries in a different plate. The manager was rude and we sat there for 10mins after finishing the dish.. He kept asking us do you want to order anything else? As if we were sitting there for free. Also the cafe was completely empty so ee were not really causing any inconvenience. The staff needs to be more polite and the food definitely needs to be more edible.

This restaurant is a replica of what you see at the airport. right from the entrance you get the airport like vibes. They have 2 screens projecting the dishes they serve and some 6 to 8 tables inside in the AC section. They have outdoor siting too which is also comfortable. You hit up the counter, order what you please, get it and head back to your table as you think about the upcoming journey. This, is a runway, before you make the run 😊The Food:☺️ Cheesy Nachos with Beans: Baked bean mash at the bottom, covered with nachos in the middle and topped off with gooey mozzarella and cheddar mix with peppers. The tortilla chips could have been better, more crispier. The cheese, albeit sufficient, lacked the pungentness and punch. Seemed to have some sort of an additive which rendered less cheesiness to the dish. The beans however, were outstanding. This brought the overall level of the dish upwards.😐 Farm Garden Pizza & Rainbow pizza: These are mentioned together as they literally turned out like each other. Thin and moderately crisp pizzas with 3-peppers, olives and the other-usuals. One was topped with a small chunk of pesto paneer on each slice. Can skip these.😁 Rainbow Cheese Sandwich: As the name suggests, a colorful sandwich served with a mildly seasoned salad, ketchup, chutney, spicy mayo and fries. The gang loved it. It was crisp and perfect to the bite. The fries and the dips went in tandem as well.☺️ Pita with Hummus & Falafel: The hummus was thick, had a nice chickpea-sesame consistency. However, we wished it needed a tad bit of a dollop more of olive oil. The pitas were nice and warm. The falafels on the other hand were weird, they had a puri-like flatness, no coarseness and were very oily.😐 Alfredo Pasta & Pink Sauce Pasta: They had all the veggies one would want. However, the pasta that they used was packaged and evidently so by not cooking it properly. A strange sort of plasticity is visible in the snaps which makes it looks superficial. A majority of them dont make their pastas from scratch but you need ensure that it is at least cooked through and properly before it goes out of the kitchen.We tried a few of the non-alcoholic beers (third-party brand associations) and a few of the in-house mocktails but no special mentions so skipping through.Overall:☺️ This makes the cut for a cafe to stop by, to savour the ambience and chillax. The presentation was on point. The food can be improved and so can the variations on menu. We need to see more out of this sort of a setup as its currently falling short of a runway on that front.

Located in Neelkamal Heights at Kastur Park, Shimpoli; Café Runway is one of its kind airport themed café which opened its doors in Borivali West. With a flipping arrival and departure style menu on the display at the counter, runway style ambience, world map on the wall, they have done it nicely to give it an airport café look. To add on, they have put a big vintage aeroplane head propeller (fan) which looks cool near the food counter designed similar to the airport counter too.This is a pure VEGETARIAN cafe with JAIN food options and customisations available too.They have indoor and outdoor seating available with a mix of highchair tables as well as comfortable seating sofas and the tables have nice aeroplanes and runway displayed on them with a nice finish. They have a nice wide menu with different information on aeroplanes and names also in line with the airport theme.The service was nice and we were given information and suggestion from the staff for order.We visited this place on a Saturday evening for dinner and below is our food experience:✈️Runway Rainbow Cheese Sandwich – One of their inhouse speciality; this Sandwich contains rainbow bread with four colour cheese and it has crunch of green pepper, onion, green chilli and black pepper grilled togetherto make it a perfect delight. This is served with some french fries on the side as well as green chutney, tomato ketchup, mayonise dip and a portion of salad.✈️ Runway in Parallel Pair Pita With Falafel and Hummus – A 6 peice Falafel tikkis with salad, and hummustopped with green olives and red spicy sprinkle served with a 4 peice long pita bread pockets. The taste was good but we found the hummus to be little liquidy and would recommend them to make it little thick.✈️ Air-Canada Freak Shake – Another one of their in-house speciality items, this shake had dark chocolate with caramel filling and caramel tart mixed with flavoured milk and cookie along with vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, brownie, oreo buscuit, rainbow sprinklers and a chocolate stick. A new cafe opens it’s doors to Borivali. A cafe themed as an airport runway. The cafe is spacious enough with outside open area too available for dining. Their menu has quirky names related to airport and airplane. The menu also displays facts and info on different types of airplanes. Their signature dishes are worth trying. Also they serve some signature beverages which are worth trying.* Blue Bagel Sandwich : Their signature sandwich which truly surprised me. A blur colour bagel stuffed with veggies and loaded with cheese. It tasted sweet and spicy too. The bagel was extremely soft and melt in mouth.* Mochaccino : Perfectly blended coffee with chocolate and the presentation was pretty too.* Dirty Chai Latte : Their signature beverage. Mild tea mixed with a hit of coffee which was unique and tasted good.* Spaghetti in Alfredo : Ordered for spaghetti in white sauce. It was extremely cheesy and the portion of veggies was good enough, not more not less. But there was too much black pepper and ajwain which was overpowering the pasta.* Runway Length Panini : Another sandwich which was delicious. Grilled panini with veg patty and sliced veggies topped with greek yoghurt. It was actually curd and not yoghurt. But at the end the taste was really good and i liked it.
