This internet provider doesnt even deserve 1 star. Absolutely pathetic service and most of the time there is no internet. Also, the owner is rude, he really doesnt know how to talk to the customer. He always talks to his customer in the worst attitude when you start a calm conversation about your net issue.

Very expensive plans. Frequent disconnection are faced. Blames customer for complaining about Internet connection interruption instead of diagnosing the problem. Why would a customer complaint without any reason.

Worst cable operater in Kamothe, our whole building has his connection but he cannot have a collection person. They disconnect the service directly when subscription ends, we generally opt for cable connection because they dont disconnect and collect money from home. They are the worst, if you are thinking to get a connection better go for some d2h service like tatasky, dishtv or any other but dont choose Jay Hanuman. I cannot give less then 1 star.

Yes,everyone is correct but the issue is other service providers are not allowed to do their business, i visited in I-on office at shagun he said they dont have services at my sector you have do to local gaonwala issues.
