Third class ppl and third class service, you have to atleast call them 20 to 30 times then they will answer your call, trust me, they dont answer on purpose and will reply Aare net gaya tha tho kya kare tumara call uthake this is their service and attitude
We have 50mbps plan at our home but the internet speed we get is 0.8 mbps specially during afternoon time & evening peak times.Facing many issues while working from home, the staff doesnt resolve your queries.I would recommend everyone not to get cheated by them.I would have given lesser points but the least available is 1 star unfortunately.

I am being cheated. i bought 50 mbps plan and mercusys router for 6k. i paid in advance and now i am not getting the above mentioned speed.when i am trying to reach them nobody receives the call.especially office number they are switched off most of the times.they are fooling customer.
Worst experience ... Every other day there is network issue for more than 1 hour... They dont answer your calls as well.
Phone number are always not reachable and they dont do there work properly because they always be late for problem with connection but at a time of payment they are in time
Worst Service provider ever. Tried calling them 100 times but no response. Every alternate day, either their server is down or there is some issue with thier main connection...Not recommended at all

Most pathetic staff they have in office, never respond to call, very rude and arrogant office staff, I went almost a whole week to office but still not able to get my cable connection home, channels do not run properly even a week. Better u should get dth services rather than facing these ppl

It started well for the 1st month but then services fell drastically. I feel being cheated. Worst customer servie one could ever provide. For eg. In the last 20-21 days my net connection has hardly worked for 4 to 5 days and nobody cares to rectify the issue. Half the time they dont care even answering the phone call and when they do, they come up with vague answers and particularly no reason as to why the net isnt working. Even the way they talk sounds too sarcastic to believe.
