This is the worst internet provider in the country. More than half of the time, there’s no internet. Speed is never what they offer on the plan. The technicians who come home are completely clueless and have never solved a problem. This company is a total joke. Please only use their service if you like to give yourself pain or you are high on substances and cannot make a rational decision a normal person would otherwise make.

Pathetic service. Only take service from them if you want regular internet problems, No customer service and Waste 20 25 mins everytime there is an internet issue. They will never pickup. Suggest Hathway or Jio definitely. They are somewhat higher priced but never ever you will face any problem as per my experience

Horrible experience. Tired of calling the agency for issue with internet speed. I have purchased 70 mbps however the speed I am delivered is 15 MBPS sitting next to router. Pathetic service. Never attend complaints on time. Their employees lie all the time, keep saying net will be up in 30 mins but it takes a whole day for service to resume. Their employees never attend calls, you have to call them multiple times to make complaint. Also female staff at their office is very rude, they don’t know how to talk to customers. Don’t take their connection, because they are liars.

The worse service provider in Powai. The so called customer service number is rarely answered. If your service goes down post 10p.m then you will have to wait till they take their own sweet time to start answering calls. Just pathetic. But when it comes to renewals, they will pound you with emails and calls. Its funny how they go on super active mode during that time. Definitely looking at changing this service once the contract is done. I would not recommend them and dont fall for the cheap pricing because thats how their service is.

I opted for their one year plan at once. It turned out to be disaster. Collectively in entire year Id say Ive lost about two months of internet spread over the year. Everytime I call up the CC number it sounds engaged. The technician in my area(Sangharsh Nagar) is lame, half the time he wont pick up, WhatsApp message go unnoticed. This really pisses you off.Id say this is not good. Dont buy a heap of headache even if it comes for free.

Last 3-4 days my internet is not working, I have called Pradeep, very first day he agreed to visit, but never turn back and now not picking up the call. Then I registered complaint in call centre, but they are also helpless to contact him or send another person to resolve the complaint.Even call centre also clueless about Thane connection or customer.
