The worst internet service provider! In a months plan a week or 2 the internet never worked. Most likely in the night time when you are working from home and are only depended on the internet it always stopped working. You cant call them in the night time so that they can fix it. The next morning you call them and they be like okay now try restarting it. No empathy no apology nothing.. its more like itd been turned on now you can use the internet. No compensation. Nothing! Worst!

Absolutely unprofessional. The owner feels he has been doing us a favour by proving internet. The internet does not work for 5/7 days a week. Terrible service and slow internet.Would give a negative rating if I could.I had a full blown conversation with the owner regarding internet being unavailable during 9 to 8 on Saturday.Even after multiple complaints I am facing the same issue within 2 days. There seems to be absolute lack of understanding on their end on how to run a business.

Horrible service. I have been using their service for more than 10 years and since past 1-2 years their service has become worse.Repeatedly the connection gets cut off and they have same reason all the time server down or the wiring issue. No sense while talking to customers too rather than fixing the issue they straight away say opt for other services. Seems like they dont need customers.

Do not buy their service. in the first two weeks not working for most of the time. However the speed promised is working only for some period and not most times.

Not giving proper service

As others have mentioned, the connection is down most of the time and frequently on weekends. Extremely unreliable and expensive for the lack of service provided. Unfortunately, however, they seem to hold a monopoly in the surrounding area and hence theres little choice.

Posting this review after 3months of usage:They provide costly Internet plans, since most of the time during night its very slow. And on Saturday Sunday you cant guarantee that Internet will be working. Not suggested for gaming, since you will face random packet loss and high ping. Only good for YouTube with sometimes buffering.

Third class reliability, whenever you want to use internet the 30mbps plan gives you 0.9mbps, worst experience.

BEWARE WORST SERVICES!!The worst service someone can get, pathetic !They ask for the advance payment for the month but dont give services. The internet isalways down.even after complaining to them they dont improve the services.They even give a wrong mobile number to contact their invoice copy. Zero customer centric services ,very poor!

Been using Rajan Net for almost 2 years or more. Big mistake. Pings are infrequent and internet down for several hours. Nobody picks up when you call and they conveniently disconnect their phones when you do. On the rare chances when they miraculously answer, you ask to know why your internet is down, and they accuse you of not paying your bill, even when you have paid all bills in advance. Planning to switch very soon.

Its worst net in chembur ..almost every 3rd to 4th day, internet will stop working... and they never rectify it in same day... so in crust, your net will not work fr more than a week in each month and its a costly net service, u will gwet cheap and better internet providers in chembur
