If possible I would have given him -5 rating...worst internet service provider in our entire area. Never picks up the phone nor does he respond to any messages!!!

Very poor service. Minimum 4 days are taken by them to restore the internet connection once lost. Very much unprofessional approach. Extremely unreliable. I had been using their internet connection for around 10 years but the service kept degrading exponentially and now it is time for a change.

The net connection was down for 3 days. I tried calling since day 1 but i only got an assurance that the technician will be at my location soon. They arrived on the 5th day changed the ethernet cable, took the money and the connection was ok till next day. After the connection went down i waited for 1hr as i thought it would resolve on its own but it didnt so i called them back. It has been 1 week and still no one has shown up. My monthly subscription ended 2 days ago so in all i havent used the net for 11 days out of which 9 days were within my subscription period. Im still trying to get in touch with them but the numbers are always busy. This is not the first time it has happened. When the connection works its good but when it goes down i have to wait for very long to get it fixed. Very disappointed at the service now.

Bad service, They Pushed me to take a 1 year subscription , thank god I did not take it, collected the cash, took more than a week to get the service connected in my building, the only way they are getting business is because they have monopoly in a few buildings, I would say avoid if you have a choice.

Duniya ki sabse ghatiya service ..... raj splendor vikhroli me puri building k log iski service se pareshaan hai ..... prashant itna ghumata hai ki kya batau ??Isse ghatiya internet aapko kahi nhi milne wala dosto .... ek mahine me 20 days iska net nhi chalta .... aur service to bas naam ki hai .... service ka s b nahi hai dosto .... .Mere experience se bol raha hu .... kripaya is maha bekaar internet service provider ko mat lena .... bahot pachtaoge baadme ....
