Pathetic Seniors and staff is worse, metro station us not near and they even dont provide shuttles and late shifts give headache and isolated place

The worst network I have seen ever. The company is charging for 40mbps plan & max speed i am getting is 3 mbps.I wont recommend anyone to buy this network bcoz of below reasons:1. They will never come when you complaint them.2. In earlier stage they wil say you are paying for wifi but after that they will say to use lan cable also. Pathetic network

Cable connection always remains disturbed. No one listen and rectify the problems and takes at least 20 days. But soon after it becomes unfunctional on channels which again takes three weeks to rectify. It is better to seek another operator

Siti cable offers the worst service which one can imagine. I can never imagine how they are running this network. My connection is down since last 7-8 days and even after repeated complaints and assurance neither they have have sent any technician nor resolved the problem. Every time they register the complaint with assurance that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs and has been taken on too priority but with no result. I dont understand how although being own by such a big media group their service is so poor.I would rate them zero on a scale of 5 and advice people to go for other satellite networks like airtel.

There Tat for any servy resolution is 24 hours...Its already 48+ hours they are not able to solve issues even after paying them money.Seems like I am being robbed by siti cable ... Wish to shift to another digital service and stop this siti cable by myself and at least my friends/families soon.Customer service is pathetic.LCO is least bothered.We customers are not here just to pay you for your survival , we want service for same.#Noida

Third class serviceFrom last one month my cable was not working I called 100 time but no one is coming even not receiving phone calls finally a person came without any accessories from siti cable and take my setup box and said we will exchange it by end of the day still I have not received and now again no one attindatt my calls .Ill suggest dont take services from these types companies. Its better you move for Airtel, Videocon, dish TV, Etc.At least they resolve your problems on urgent basis.

Worst an pathetic service offered by siti networks. It’s been 2-3 times that the set top box have been down and every time I had to pay the fee.Even the call centre employees didn’t care about the customer and just says that contact local cable operator.Worst company,worst service, worst quality of set top box installed, word customer care service, pathetic organisation.

Its very very bad service. worst service in noida. They take money every month in time but they dont even respond to phone calls. They abruptly disconnect phone when customer is complaining something. I heard this from many of my neighbors. Worst people. This can happen only in Uttar Pradesh.

Paid money 5 days back. And no one is even willing to start my connection. Customer support assures that problem will be solved in 8 hrs but I have been waiting from 5 days.Cant talk about the after service and quality as pre service is pathetic.

The service of Siti Cable is the worst in Sector 16-A, near Sai Baba Mandir. The staff in totally non co-operative and there is no one to listen or maintain the network. Owner is not bothered towards customer satisfaction.
