I am currently using a sliding wardrobe from Spacewood. The entire process from designing and installation to usage, has been seamless and stress-free. The cupboard is sleek and easy to use.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a modular kitchen , having issues with it all the time. Warranty literally means nothing it is simply a sales exercise. Worst part is that for getting any fixing done you have to chase them for months even if you are ready to pay for it. They just dont answer your calls. I had to literary write the email to senior management a couple times to get the work done.

Very poor service,project still incomplete till date,ordered in January 2021,6mths have lapsed,mismatched the colours selected,garbage bin not delivered,awaiting refund.Please be careful while dealing with Spacewood.

Good furniture but its all person dependent. My installation is going on since November19 and the quality check is still pending. We are in March20 now. Escalation will end at the person with whom you are coordinating. Not recommended because of very poor service and quality of installation.

My experience with Spacewood had been quite different from most of the posts available here and therefore I wish to spend some time to share it, so that not just the grievances but also more pleasing experiences get some highlight too.For me, Spacewood delivers Quality and there is visible distinction of high quality finish in their work, specially for wardrobes and kitchens. I ordered for four large wardrobes for my new home and have been quite pleased with the overall experience. They have a good product line and an expreinced team of designers who patiently listen to your requirement and bring to your notice even minor design points that could add lot of value. And they do this with much ease. Absolute praiseworthy is their team of skilled technicians who finish the job at site in no time and in an extremely professional manner.The delivery time is clearly mentioned by Spacewood team at the beginning itself, since all the cut to size materials arrive from their factory in Nagpur. So one need to be ready to give them 4-5 weeks of time which, in any other case would also be much the same.The careful manner in which numerous packs are marked and packed immediately catches your eye. Once at site, it is just a matter of days when their technicians install it up. Minor adjustment needs that emerge post installation are also addressed without any reluctance.Design discussions, Payments etc can happen online and are least cumbersome. 50% payment is required to be made at the time of placing order like many other cases and is again made known at the beginning itself.Overall Spacewood has been a choice well made for me and I congratulate the team Spacewood in helping me build my trust on them.

We purchased full 3BHK apartment from Spacewood. We are quite satisfied with Finish & Quality of product. Spacewood provides 3D visuals of Kitchen only, We suppose they should have provided the 3D visuals of all the rooms.

A refreshed bedroom helps you wake you fresh for a new day. And that is what we are experiencing with the Spacewood Plum bedroom suite.The bedroom looks stylish and is comfortable too. The high gloss finish and the trendy design makes it look classy.I am happy with my decision to do up my bedroom with Spacewood.

The space has reduced as the sofa section has been removed. Kitchen and wardrobes are main now. Adequate options under wardrobe available to help make up your mind. Kitchen still is better. Air-conditioned so comfortable inside. Plus the people there are good and helpful.

Avoidable. Worst customer service. Quality of products not up to the mark. Do NOT BUY. Once they take your money, you might as well say goodbye to them. Their customer rep called Shraddha and Himanshu do not take any calls nor do they respond on time to messages.

As with most Indian companies, horrid customer service. My friend Arvind had a horrible experience and warned me against buying from them. Be careful.

DO NOT BUY. After purchasing a modular kitchen, the dustbin broke in less than 2 months. The other screws of drawer handles etc all came out. They refused to fix the dustbin saying its a manufacturing defect DESPITE A ten warranty. The customer service is pathetic. They take a long time to respond to complaints. Strictly avoidable.

Extremely poor customer customer service with response time of weeks. Their supervisor says unless I have 10-15 complains in your area my guy cant come for service. Wardrobes are coming out from hinges and installation is poor. Wish they had invested in some customer service n product instead of Advertisements.

One of the great project which will change the neral market rapidly. Best place to invest your money.

Im an Architect by profession and for one of our residential projects we used Spacewood modular kitchens.Biggest mistake we made so far.Extremely unprofessional , no regard for customer satisfaction, work is still pending 3 months beyond their deadline, didnt receive the kitchen we ordered for , still dealing with the numerous mess ups they made on site, and to top this up they blame all their shortcomings on the client , absolutely no ownership for their work and extremely unethical in their manner of dealing with customers and clients.Its funny how the attitude towards the project changes once the payment is received.Will not recommend them to anyone.The only reason why I have given them this 1 star is so that I can post this review.An absolute disgrace.

Work done after lots of follow up. It was delayed beyond reach.No doubt work has been in very good manner.Even quality of supplied material is good. But I have followings to be clarify.1) Discussed & committed things were changed , roof top boxes price was calculated and above wardrobe only doorpanel was supplied.2) Installation people come after half a day wasted before reach and pack up by 6.00 though company could have asked them stay long and finish work , as already delayed by 20 days.3) bed design was not clearly shown on order finalization.Hope your management will look in , see customer should not suffer .Manish Shah.

Had a very bad experience. After paying up the entire amount in advance the goods came over a period of 30 days in piecemeal and only after constantly following it up from our side. The company staff seemed least interested in resolving the issue

Very nice showroom for ready made & make to order furniture

Hi Shraddha,this is to inform you that Im very happy with the wardrobes that spacewood has installed in my apartment at Fiorenza.I was particularly impressed with  the options offered at the showroom,as well as the advice for the best use of the space in the apartment.The finish is exceptional,as well as the pursuit of quality control shown by spqcewood is of the highest order.The only drawback was the time taken for the installation.That is one area I think that you could do with some improvement.With regards to the durability and functionality ony time will tell,though they appear pretty sturdy.I hope the after sales is as good as the product.That is where your true test will lie.Regards,Simrit Siingh.

Very very very unprofessional... From their sales person to the director.., no one really cares about the customer... Once they have got the money they just are not bothered and deliver any crap. Beware of this fraud Co. You will be conned of your entire amount with no one to resolve the issue regarding their crappy product.
