Very bad after Sales service, Don’t trust at all there service , for small repair I have been waiting for more than year. Try other alternatives if you want good after sales service.

I would have given 0 stars but dont see any option. One of the worst experiences getting a modular kitchen installed by Metrika. The carpenters they send are an absolute nightmare to work with. They have zero experience and make multiple mistakes. They claim to do an install in 4 days and ours has taken 20 days and still counting.They take 100% advance so you have no leverage. What they show in their showroom and what they install is night and day.Customer service is extremely poor. They argued with us for over an hour defending their poor quality, poor carpentry and never once did they say that they are sorry for their poor work and holding us ransom for over 20 days.I agree with previous posters that positive reviews seem like they are posted by Metrika employees.Please stay away and dont give them your business.

Metrika has been brilliant from start to finish, we have had an extremely pleasant experience all around, their staff have been very helpful and prompt at all times , they were always on top of things and ensured everything was properly co-ordinated , the fitters were polite and professional as well. Their staff are easy to deal with and exceptional value for money, we are delighted with the finish of our wardrobe and will not hesitate to recommend.Thank you to the entire team of Metrika!

The installation at my place is currently going on, for last 15 days! This delay is in addition to the delay in sending the material! when I was told they are almost done, I was shocked to see the result. There was malalignement in almost everything they did! basic principles of modular kitchen were not applied. I had to teach then how exactly things should be. almost everyday a new person comes and tries to rectify something and then leaves undone saying he is waiting for some material to arrive! They need to give value to someones time. Highly disappointed. Hope they read this review and try finish things well and fast!Dr Arpit C Dave

Actually my friend installed with them a year back, Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything.

I could have given zero stars and negative if I could.... Buggers have the worst service ever...No two workers have any co-ordination... Delays in work is an understatement... Miscommunication to the core... Faced hardware breakage within 2 months of fitting... And pending work just never ends coz you have to remind them every single time !!Worst experience ever

Hi, after reading the reviews below i wondered if they really bad, but then we had to purchase 2 closets for both our kids, they are very good it was delivered a day late but it is manageable..,, Well matched the room colour combination too.

Had good experience at my cousins installation timely delivery and installation. Worth whatever money was spent.

Horrible experience...they took more than 12 days to installs and still had done bad installation and damaged certain shutters and after that they sent fresh pieces but in a diff shade

Quality matterial and the resulting kitchen was exactly as expected and shown in 3D view. Good team work.
