The place is good with a lot of variety.. but expensive than regular shops.

Pathetic people. Fraudsters. They go to any extent to sell what they have instead if what the customers want. They never accept their responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and Ill mannered staff and managers. My sincere advice to everyone, never buy anything from them. If something goes wrong with the product they just dont take the ownership but blame you completely.I have been a regular customer for over 2 years but they didnt spare me from their cheating as well.

Owner should be given to police for running this scam shop... Every product is fake and expensive then it should be. Bad customer service.

We purchased a new single 2L gas cylinder stove from Kitchen Palace in Lokhandwala Andheri and used it for an almost 40 days. However, when we went to them for a replacement after the cylinder gas was over the new replacement we paid for was barely half full as we could not even manage 15 days of use for the two of us. After complaining to them about this issue they turned it around on us saying you are lying as you must have used more gas and emptied the cylinder. I can never trust a business that accuses their customers instead of helping them resolve the issue.

Kitchen palace has good variety of kitchen utensils. Today was the third time that the owner was very rude & insulting.with only one sales man I was patient enough to wait for my turn & I selected a set of two boxes which I wanted in similar colour & the salesman was already attending to someone else before I could finalise, I was told I should have chosen at 1 go & as I was leaving the shop because they didn’t have the same colour in two sets the owner told me to show my bag implying I had shop lifted.which I did but I will never ever recommend anyone to visit & have a similar experience.

I had a bad experience in a purchase from Kitchen palace. I ordered a Dustbin which I paid for and due to no availability I was asked to wait for 1 day for home delivery. I waited for 10 days and in between I tried to contact the shop for the Status. And then I received the wrong order and later when I went to shop for exchange. The owner simply denied on the purchase and asked me for extra amount for the order. I felt cheated as they refused to return my money and the owner showed his rude side.

Really bad experience with this place.the product which we have finalised for bulk order instead of that they delivered us wrong order and when we asked to change them they are blaming us by saying that this is the same product which we have ordered.the salesman was not willing to take responsibility for his mistake.very bad customer service.

They need to learn some customer service skills. I wanted to know the capacity of a cup before I bought the set and the salesman refused to measure it inspite of having a measuring cup as well as the time. The cant be bothered attitude was quite off-putting.

It is a great place for kitchen ware and utensils and everything related to kitchen. They have many products. Cookers, mixers, juicers, cutlery, crockery, etc. It is nicely done up, but overstuffed. Too many items in a small place. Quality of products is good. Staff are good and know what is kept where, in spite of over stuffing.

The good reviews here seem to be fake and the people who have posted may have not even visited the shop.The owner is a nasty and mean person. I purchased a mosquito racket for a price higher than anywhere else. It was not charged when purchasing so it could be tested. When I tried to charge it at home it never worked. The owner argued and refused to return my money. I was forced to buy something else of that value.I am never going to step in here and will advice all to avoid this shop and seller.

You can get all types of cutlery items in all range... From fridge bottles again in all ranges to measuring spoons to gifting glassware and bathroom utilities as well.... Finding parking here is the only issue.... Rest surely expect to get your bags full of fancy items..

Wide array of household items. You can find a lot of things in one place. Little pricey if you compare rates for the same otems near Andheri Railway station. Counter staff should be more forthcoming woth suggestions. Service needs some improvement. Hence three stars.

Terrible after sales support. Owner says hes not responsible for supplying refills for mop buckets. Then why sell such products?

These stores are supposed to make general home consumables (such as a laundry basket) more affordable due to their low operating overhead, sizeable profit margin and a largely unregulated industry. Shabby, and yet expensive.

Very bad service!! They charge you for products take advance and dnt even give the product saying its been many days and we dnt remember. I kept calling but they did not pick up my call. When told i will not take any things from you in future they replied saying ya dnt come we dnt need more customers as we have many to buy things from our shop.Very poor customer service.

Pathetic place to shop from. They wont take a return even if the product was faulty.And moreover everything is overpriced which you can get in half the price. Wont recommend it to anyone.
