Worst experience i have ordered for my kitchen.i have to shift tomorrow and the pappu bhai doesnt even pick up phone.since 5th april he was supposed to start work.he started it on 9th after much persual and did not visit site.he just gave futile assurance that ho jayega .he stoped picking the phone since then and is not interested in giving service to his costumers.Treats them as if the need is theirs and he is at his free will the way he wants to behave.Not attending phone calls and no communication ( as we are understanding and can help due to lock down) at all about our home forced us to move our shifting to further date. Extremely unreliable person .I have made a big mistake by trusting .

Attend every new order on correct agreed time. And also provide customers prompt after sales service.3. Visit the site during the work is going on. I have noticed that the small boys you send make a lot of time pass, Strictly monitor them.4. Keep your rates moderate which will help increase business.Thanks and all the best.

Very bad and rude behavior. Do not waste your money or time on these people. They have ample customers and do not care about new ones as much. I had called them to a site where my flat is under construction to take measurements and they made me wait for an hour before the guy finally made it despite agreeing on a time. No one really picks up the phone and even if they do hang up and speak rudely. We still went ahead as our time was already wasted and when we went to their office where the guy was with a client. Not only did they not acknowledge us. But after speaking to them completely ignored. After waiting for almost 45 minutes nothing offered and no acknowledgement of our presence. I was with my wife and kids at which point I decided these people do not really need our business and left from the place. There are many businesses around if you look and have the same quality of materials but much better service and attitude towards customers. Please look elsewhere these are bad people to do business with and have extremely bad reviews which I read later.
