I had purchased product from Aromablendz however due to logistic challenges during Covid the delivery was taking really long and I purchased the same locally so requested Aromablendz to refund my amount which they did.

Completely untheical company with no business ethics at all.

Unfortunately this supplier has behaved very unprofessionaly. We clearly asked for RBD sample of coconut oil in an e-mail. They made us pay for 2kgs of regular oil that is completely useless for our purposes. On the phone they said we cannot send a small sample YET when they got the 2kgs of oil it was in four different bottles. They could easily have sent one bottle for us to check. They refuse to collect the samples or return our money. Would never recommend this supplier.

The experience with the product of this company was pathetic as they don’t cordinate no complaints been taken on time...when the client inform about the fault they are not even bothered to revert back asking about the products..bad company to trust on ..the boss itself dosent have manners to talk to a women on the phone as he starts screaming while talking....so when i placed my complaint 2months back nobody reverted ...and reverted only when we called them after 2 months...this is how the company works ...
