They take money for data online data secure, when we raise issue about sync not done. support team says there isnt any developer so u have to wait for two days. For this sensitive issue they said my to wait for two days when yr all data is not risk. pathetic support

Very poor support, my solution not answered past 2 months never buy this product waste of money and time, pathetic support channel no response on chat, tickets when you create they silently update it and when you reply its already been closed and WhatsApp they just thing we are beggars and keep asking for resolution... Bought software. They do not have preloaded items. Its was a task of adding everytime with barcodes and all other information.

Divya Madam took a lot of time to update my patch and waited for a long time, there was a pending patch not being available and Madam has completed it and Rpos 7 service is good and my problem is solved very caring Fully. Thank you.

Data theft company, they will store all your data and one day you will notice, that all your data will be sold by competitors, if youre smart enough you can defy identify that all your data are leaked by gofrugal. They will have all the access of your data, they use cheap activity to increase their review, their sales person will come inperson use your credentials and manipulate your staff and easily get 5 star review in all their platforms, all the good review are fake one. My humble request to all my fellow people please dont buy this software, youll regret very soon and even your business will fail miserably because of their product. Recently Patanjali bought their software and they sued them for data theft and also for some product related issues, you can check with them and understand their issues. We all have many options in market for a affordable and great product, its totally waste to purchase this 3rd rated product. Grow up gofrugal

Non refundable product, they will be really nice till you pay, but as soon as you paid they will show their real face. Before you pay they will visit your store even they will visit daily, but after you become their customer they will ask you come through some App, chat to address all your issues when you ask for a refund they will not respond. Such a poor quality product & service almost I regret purchasing this application. Dont try to make profit by this strategy and even I think thats the reason that this company is not growing anywhere.

Such a fraud company, as soon as you pay they will do no help support or their technician. I paid them 78000 after I pay, I felt the product is not really good lot of integration issues and there interface looks really spammy so I asked for a refund, there sales person requested me not to go for refund since he will lose his inccentives, So I was calm and asked him to fix all the issues and even I paid 3000 more for extra support. But after 2 months the same sales person was really rude and he said there is no refund option and do whatever you want. I tried reaching to their support, chat but nobody was even care to respond to me, they will put you in hold for 20 mins then they will disconnect. I already received very bad review from my network but still I bought this software for that sales person actually he was at the begining, but this software has lot of issues and I can rate only 25 out of 100 when I compare with other software, please buy Marg which is very cost affordable and excellent product. Recently I bought MArg they doing good job but still have to see after 6 months. Fraud company GOFRUGAL very soon Ill sue this company

Very bad experience with Gofrugal Software and Gofrugal Mumbai Team.mr sudanshu,mr madan is not giving training gofrugal company only give training to there employees how to sale the software but there is not giving training how to give support to customers. Unprofessional practices they only fool the customer no clear guidance and weak support that how to use Gofrugal software.and I pay for call service Rs 3500 and after paying the service there is no support.and Most of the report are not opening and in whatsnow there is problem most of the time and there is no solution from Gofrugal.they only contact me on my renewal time.but I will not wast my money and time on Gofrugal TeamI will not continue with Gofrugal Software.the Gofrugal mumbai TEAM will not given you guidance properly. Ok so let me start with a person called Arun,he came to my cafe explaining about the software Go Frugal,as on the demo i liked the software and when i asked for trial he said sir we can but u have u pay 5k advance and after that if u dint like den we ll refunds the reason i dint like the pos because the demo they showed was for touch screen and the one was recommended by the Trainer Diwakar was the normal software in which u have to search menu list with code or name either ways.so after all this i asked for the refund for which they clearly denied.and when i posted a review and this morning i got a reply on my review and i see my review is completely changed and it was on the favour of Go Frugal,So request u all to beware and dont share your Email address and passwords.bad Experience

Hello i am pretty impressed and very much happy by the service provided by mr ranjith to my store wellness healthcare and beauty centre pune,because due to database corruption my patch was unable to upload and there some severe issue which was so;ved by mr ranjith very calmly and carefully without affecting my data and he was there with prompt replies all the time without any frustration.
