One of the best toy store around .Can find a variety of toys here. An heaven for small kids .They even have their own clothing section for small kids. A candy house with various sweets.Life size Lego models.And a friendly staff.They keep segways and game CD for PlayStation. A place to visit for sure.(Life size model of Hulk, Iron Man 3, Santa Claus, Super Mario etc)

The only thing is that ki bhaiyya sabse bada rupaiya ... Its very costly but the quality of toys are very good.unique toys and all types of baby soaps , handwash , shampoos etc.Staff is good .

A UK based Childrens Toy store. A huge store which is very childs dream place to be at. From new to old and everything under the sky you can find in this store. Has some paid games section as well to try the newly launched gadgets. From educational to hobby related all under one roof.The store has amazing and very helpful staff to cater and take care of your requirement and help you shop better.They have gift cards which are a great choice for birthday parties if you are not sure of what to buy. The Lego section is great and children can spend time making some amazing things along with being busy and occupied from lego while you have a look around and do your shopping.Kids always have fun here and they have regularly different activities organized on Sundays and holidays.

The staff are helpful. Ambience is awesome. The moment you step in the store it feels like Santas toy factory. A definite delight for kids. Good variety of toys for kids of all age groups. Board games, a variety of legos, art and craft kits are also available. There are a couple of play areas for kids to get a feel for certain toys which is great. One can also spot the employees playing with select toys, which makes me quite envious of their job. I just love going to Hamleys, the overall experience is just awesome.

Hamleys is still the best place to buy toys. But something about it is slipping. I dont see new toys or new display and I dont see newer sales promotions either. The staff is not children friendly and are not trained to communicate to children. Hamleys is losing its polish and shine and its going because theres nothing in its class.

Best place for children, I especially love soft toys Collection .Hard toys too have different choices like characters from marvel movies in black widow,thor,spiderman, iron man etc.They have hot wheels wide range of Collection in this outlet. Staff is helpful and friendly.

There are multiple sections in store sorted age wise, types of toys etc. staff are friendly and demoing the toys. Kids really enjoy the visit to the stores and it is hard to come out without a purchase when youre inside. Well organized toy store with large collection and there are plenty of toys options.Things here are slightly overpriced.

A wonderland of toys and stuffs that any kid would love. I myself did not want to leave the place. A huge arcade of stuffs which will catch your attention. Really a one stop for any gift that you want to take for any kid in your home or elsewhere.

Service is very disappointing, I went and picked a minion toy which they told me was for 2000 Rs as I went on the counter and was about to pay for the purchases they tell me its fr 7000.This is So unprofessional I mean you convey a price then u change it and make customer wait.

Went there today - didnt know there was a sale going on. Entered and saw this super long line - literally stretching across the store all the way to the back - would take atleast an hour, if not more, to clear - of people waiting to pay. And so I simply left. Why cant stores think about making customer experience more enjoyable and plan - they could have added more billing counters, had store employees with mobile card machines and bar code readers , processing checkouts through the line of waiting customers - without the customers having to make their way all the way to the billing desk - which had a sum total of 3 billing counters. Food for thought. Esp at a place like Hamleys, where parents are trying to manage frustrating long lines and ensure their kids dont get restless.

The store is a dream for children .... but this review is for the paper bags incapable of carrying weight . hello guys .... you cant charge @ 5 star toys and give us dirty quality paper bags which tear before we can go out of the mall .... dont blame the govt ... we have to all look.after the environment. why cant you make cloth bags ?

Mis managed store.. we went for the sale and there was a que waiting for more than three hours to make payments.. staff were totally lost n were not helpfull..they should hv made arrangements for more payment counters anticipating such large crowd.. i hv seen people fainting..

Most pathetic place ever visited in my life. Staff is all the more worst. No respect at all. Price of all the things are hiked. Sirf naam ka paisa hai. Want to give negitave stars but have to give 1 star compulsary or else its not getting posted. They check people purse in such a bad way at exit door if they are some thief stealing all their stuff. U will feel completely imbaressed and humiliated in front of other people and when they dont get anything in your bag they will just say u can go and a sorry which is of no use after such a pathetic insult. Please think twice before visiting such a useless place. My daugher also said mom we will never come to this place again. The manager was also least bother of what happened just said a sorry and went away. They completely dont respect anyone visiting their store. They are just bothered to sell their hiked products.

Yesterday i went to buy few items for gifting around 5 45 pm, billing counter was not so busy, after buying i had asked them to gift pack 3 items. after 15 mins when i came they had not even started, staff is not even bothered, standing idol in packing counter. First time i found this hopeless service

Woah!! When i Entered here for the first time......I tthought Im in some Dreamland which I would imagine when i was a Kid!One will get every kind of toy (whether useless or educational) here!This is the place where no-one can get bored!

While they have significantly downsized the place from its previous gigantic size, one will find no shortage of any type of toy, videogame, of friendly staff; my only complaint is that Ive can no longer have fun with the open RC cars :( other than that, one can also purchase pc video games, a rarity with steam on the rise (sometimes, they gave really good discounts on them too (even better than steam)) and they gave a fabulous collection of HotWheels and Lego collectibles.

Im Trying to get a job at this place but apparently people are trying to stop me at all costs I have good knowledge on toys and would provide best and along the way better customer support . But i dont understand why people wont let me get the job but let others take it who barely have any knowledge on toys or even know where in the shop the toy is ......

My sister got me a latest Hot Wheels Captain America Civil War Vision car that isnt available even on Amazon India plus there are all the cars from the latest Civil War branded Hot Wheels brand available from this store. All in all it is delight for toy lovers especially for children :)
