The Premier Inn Hotel is the WORST hotel... the Premier Inn hotel was WORST!! I know how did me and my family had spent that night in that hotel. I had booked two rooms in the Premier Inn hotel. The rooms are very very small. there is hardly any space in the rooms. THE BATHROOMS ARE STINKING!! The Bathrooms are also very small. Bathroom fittings are rusted. It was so bad that we were very uncomfortable to stay at that hotel. They do not have any arrangement or clock room facility to keep your luggage. Location or surrounding of the hotel is also very bad.They had served the morning tea in a glass, like a street-side stall. They had served breakfast in a newspaper. Bada-pao by rapping in a newspaper. We requested them to keep our luggage for one hour as we are going to lunch. We can not keep moving with our luggage while going for lunch. so we requested to keep our luggage for 1 hour. They have charged Rs 500 for that. In most of the cases, other hotel usually keeps the luggage in some storeroom/clock room and they do not charge for that. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Mr shakib the hotel executive was very friendly and caring. location of the hotel is near saki naka metro station so you can go anywhere on the metro line.the food ordered from the hotel was of good quality and absolutely tasty. and moreover,it was in budget cost. i can recommend this stay for many travellers honestly.best wishes. i wish to come again and stay here.

Amazing rooms and hospatility of hotel staff(shakir bhai) was amazing. best hotel at low prizes. Everything asked was provided with in 10 mins. Theres no restrictions related to time and shakir bhai helped us out in so many ways. freedom given by hotel staff shakir bhai. felt like home.

Ok Ok Place. Does not look good at all from the outside. But rooms were clean and the service was good. Good if you have a really short stay.

I have given 3star for the staff behaviour. The hotel rating is below 3star. Excellent customer service from the staff... the room they have provided is a standard room but the room was so small and the facilities as very less. Bathroom was so dirty and I complained so they came and cleaned the toilet. Heater was not working. So many times water was not available then I have make a complaint. There waa no shampoo or body lotion privided. Overall rating for the hotel is only 1star. Staffs behaviour and attitude was very nice. very bad experience as it cant be considerd as a hotel. It is as good as a dormitory

Hotel is at a very nice place. Near to main Saki Naka market. The room is quite small but cosy and clean. Complimentary breakfast is so tasty here. All the things are good here. You can have a good stay.

Very good service by Mr. Shakir Shaik receptionist.. Value for money...Room size is bit small and okay for single occupancy..Well connected with meteo station.

Budget hotel, suggesting to improve the neatness of bed sheets, pillow covers , floors and bathroom. TV was not working and AC also not worked properly. Still good behaviour of reception staff has to be appreciated.

The location of the hotel is alright but I wouldnt say that its quite sanitary nearby . The rooms are well maintained , cosy and very nice . Breakfast served is pretty good. Its a budget hotel and its one of the best in its area. The service was top notch .

Hotel was good and little spaces than other hotel over that area. Staff was good and helping specially Mr. Raja. Hotel is near to metro station. Two things are worst.. One is Food and other one network problem, there is almost no signal in room.Over all nice experience.

Decent Hotel for overnight stay, very close to asalfa and sakinaka metro station. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The customer service was horrible! The men did not want to help us with the wifi pasword, kept giving us a wrong pasword and did not want to call his owner for the write one. He kept us awake upon midnight, i felt sleeping in a cinema because of his very loud bollywood movie he was watching. Also jelling while being on the phone. Asking him to keep quite, he waves me away. The breakfast, it was impossible for him to give us chai without milk since we cannot have that. The room is very small, noisy, i had to sleep with earplugs. The bathroom smells. Not worth money

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel staff is wonderful.

I booked via red bus...I paid extra for 6 am checkin...when I reached the hotel the rooms were full...I waited till 9 am....receptionist told me that check in time 12 pm...no proper contact between the red bus and host....finally cancelled and I have to search for another room....apart from these this will be a budget one...for accomodation
