Rooms not cleaned properly (found dirt and hair on the bed from previous occupants) and they charged us extra for things that we didnt buy. Definitely wouldnt go again to this place.

Rooms are small, at this price you get better hotel. They dont provide proper breakfast what is committed by Treebo. You get breakfast in brown polythene with menduvada and bread butter. No fruits, no juice, milk and cereals. Plus no serving cutlery. There has to be options in breakfast but they force you to what they have and in pathetic packing.

Great spic and span chic rooms. Most comfortable. Value for money. Excellent location with car parking available. Awesome snacks restaurant downstairs. Its a pity the potential of such a property is being squandered away by appointing an incompetent front desk day manager. Rest all staff are great. Just stay clear of that bald idiot and youll surely have an enjoyable stay :)

One of the best places to stay. Good room service too. The location is very close to thane station so commuting shouldnt be a problem.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Good for solo travellers or couples on a short trip.

They do not care about the customer at all. All they want to do is make money at the expense of the customers problems. Terrible service. The receptionist is a guy and hes not at all polite. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. The owner also did not care totally ruthless people.

They asked me to book directly and not book it through Treebo and they will match that rate. After that when I wanted to upgrade it for double occupancy they said treebo rates wont be applicable and I have to pay Rs. 1000 vs Rs. 300.Extremely unethical..
