Its a lovely place near fort in Mumbai. Its a cafe with fast food and Italian food options, a bit overpriced though. Checkout the below varieties that I tried here.1. Avocado toast - I wanted to try this since long back. And I had it, it was yummy2. Pink pasta - It seemed that the quantity is less.. but mind you this dish is heavy.3. Churros - Again I tried this for the first time here and I was delighted to have it. Crispy churros topped with cinnamon sugar and Nutella. My husband tried the non-veg items like fish and chicken. This too turned out well.
This place had a unique vibe to itAnd it deserves to be given a 5 star rating atleast from the experience I had.Amazing ambience with top class music playing the backgroundFood is really goodMust try penang curry bowl.Worth every penny I spent. However the quantity of it was something which I couldnt get enough of.The balance of rice and curry was quite off.Nevertheless it was a great experience.
The food as well as ambience is wonderful at this family run restaurant. The gluten free dishes are great, as are some of the signature dishes and desserts. Do check out the Sindhi specials whenever they run them.
Very calm, peaceful and smart place that serves you plenty of delish items to choose from! Awesome experience with both veg and non veg dishes.
Omg, I couldn’t believe this but when I stepped in, I felt like I was back in Japan. I think the wooden interior aroma just took me back in time as the Japanese heavily construct with wood. Love how simple and classy yet homely the decor is. Their seating is absolutely spaced out. I was amazed and grateful that the staff was wearing masks even way before we got in view of the restaurant. Kudos to the well followed covid protocols and making us feel safe at our dinner there. We started with the Rosti and some yuzu lemonade. Next came in the avocado toast and the steak. We ended with the chocolate truffle cheese cake which was just made right. Everything was really good while it’s on the pricier side. The music was very multi aged and the volume was right to have a good conversation. The staff happily catered to our needs and made the best of suggestions. The washroom does need a special mention and a visit. It’s so cute!Ps: pay and park is available right outside although it depends on the availability of space.
The ambience is relaxed and cozy with retro and colourful decor on the walls. The piri piri fries were disappointing as they lacked spice, instead they were on the sweeter side. Despite this the service was good and the avocado toast, risotto and spaghetti were wholesome and tasty. The highlight was the cookies and cream dessert which was phenomenal.
Good food and service. Lovely ambience and music.Pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds was superb. Goan prawn curry was nicely spiced and the prawns were rightly cooked.Loved the Asian Black Pepper Tofu with noodles in black pepper sauce was another nice dish. The highlight was the dessert. Coffee Mousse with oat crunchies was out of the world.
Its a quite little place very close to the fort Starbucks. Considering the crowd at Starbucks, this place is great for a quiet date place. The menu could be much much much better. Decor is great, food is also good but basic cafe menu.Classic Bagel - 7/10 This is supposed basic toasted bagel with cream cheese. Taste was good but that didnt seem like cream cheese to me, it was more of a cheese spread.Cappuccino - 9/10 - This is the regular machine coffee. Nothing much to elaborate here. All in all, loved the fact that its a great date place as ifs not crowded and quiet but s better menu would help.Food - 7/10Ambience - 9/10Cost - 6/10
Amazing food, lovely ambience and pleasant staff made for a wonderful experience at PLENTY.I had wanted to step in for months now, but was hesitant for some reason. I regret that hesitation immensely and would strongly suggest that you step in here for a quick meal whenever youre in the area. The French fries are well made and spiced. The beverages are served fresh hot and yummy. The soup of the day I had was yellow squash and tasted homely. The Rosti was authentic and scrumptious, without the Indian masalaness of most places that serve the dish. I want to go back and try all the things I missed out the first time!On an unrelated note, their washroom is amazingly well done!
Its a beautiful place to relax and chill with family, friends. The food is very delicious and tasty. Interior is attractive, and the aura is calming. Youll feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The best Avocado toast by far than any other place in Bombay.Overall good food and a very delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting .Kheema pav , Pear and goat cheese salad is good too .
Poor service. Food not so good, quantity was very low, and very much expensive.
If I could I wouldn’t even give it one star, the Dan Dan noodles were horrible I couldn’t even take another bite. It wasn’t only me 2 people sent back food at left the restaurant.everything was below average. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The menu is without fault, produce is fresh and taste is European.
Should definitely try this place... Its a hidden gem which needs to be discovered... Not a single dish will disappoint
This place is a must visit especially before it becomes one of the most happening dine out spots in town.A short but well curated menu meets a warm plesant decor and creates a lovely vibe for the place. The menu features dishes from all over the world and everyone will find something to tempt their tastebuds here. The avocado on toast was highly recommended and it does taste heavenly. However, the portion quantity is a bit less for this particular dish. The Zatar chicken is absolutely divine and so is the risotto and penang chicken.I have never seen dishes which have been better plated or with ingredients which complement each other so well. The owner has also lovingly crafted a playlist of music from the yesteryears which makes for pleasant listening and I could spot many patrons reaching for Shazam on their phones after enjoying a song.
Superrr food.. supperr ambience.. superrr place for a quiet family dinner..
We visited the place on new years night. There was a special and limited menu for new year. There was hardly any waiting for the table. It is near BSE. There is ample of parking nearby the restaurant. The quantity of food is very less, specially for starters. Must try zatar cheese naan. I found the place to be on the expensive side. Staff was constantly pushing us to order considering the new years rush. Overall the experience was not that good. Would recommend to go for other restaurant in the vicinity.
Nice cozy place for a quiet lunch in fort area....
Really lovely decor. The food (avocado toast, hummus) was great. The music classics and not loud. The gentry soft spoken. Even the toilet is wonderful.
Had placed an order n double chkd to make sure it was ready to be picked .yet highly disappointed to find a goof up happening and my order just not prepared neither any chances of it getting prepared.... totally not professional and highly irresponsible
Cool ambience
Located near Bombay Stock Exchange.Ambiance is 10/10.The service here is amazing. Staff is courteous and friendly.Tried Pasta - Was very creamy and fresh. They specially made us a pasta which is usually has egg in dough eggless.
Good good. The quinoa crusted fish was great. Little limited on the variety on salads. Awesome retro music! Worth a visit.
Premium place with food that looks more delicious than the taste. They believe in Quality > quantity so dont go by the name. Great service.
Tasty, wholesome and healthy need not be boring. Plenty makes it yummy and delicious. I love this place, plenty !
Nice food. Great ambience and decor. Like a cozy little penthouse interior with a mezzanine floor upstairs. Staff is friendly and helpful (sort of not too overwhelming nor least bothered types. They give u your space). The avocado toast which mostly all recommended was good ( as u know the avocado as such is bland) so the tomatoes and the dressing Make up for the taste. But I rather suggest to try the all day breakfast (yes u read it right - an all day/night breakfast menu) with a variety of eggs on the platter to try. We had the pancake to fill our sweet tooth and it was very filling. The caramelised banana ginger sugar syrup was a tasty and an unique addition to it. Prices a bit steep for the quantity. But a nice try from the usual food we all have. Forgot to click pics but u can find it nevertheless on the net.
Great food and fast service. Ambiance is good as I prefer calm and small sittings. Food is served with a couple of minutes.
Expectations were sky high when one visited this place. Hence the three star rating. Great Decor but the service appeared rushed. The niche of the premise needs definition. Its currently between a cafe atmosphere and fine dining. This reviewer also found the starter portions to be rather small for the value charged. The mains were however superb. Needs adjustment in restaurant Strategy to be successful in the long haul. Hope these views are taken in the right spirit by the owners. A beer and wine license would be a welcome addition for this Restaurant. Plenty needs to be done.
This is a really cute place with an interesting, trendy menu. The food is just delicious and never disappoints. Their desserts are even better and I always leave this restaurant feeling super satisfied after a great meal.
The name is Plenty but portions are small for the price. No doubt the food is good - tried the avocado toast which was yum, grilled chicken sandwich and grilled chicken platter were also good.Seating is not comfortable for elderly.
Negatives: bad 70s music, expensive, tea bags AND you have to open your own tea bag packet! Positive: it was the only place open on Republic Day (which is a negative because I should have just got a sugarcane juice on the street). I felt embarrassed being there.
Great if you are into continental. Has good vegetarian options as well, albeit limited.
How to reach?- Walkable distance from Mumbai CST Local Train Station. One may also take a taxi for the same.Ambience- Quirky, nice, pleasant. Music playlist is nice.Price- ₹1,200 for two. What to try?- Plenty NachosDislikes- Yuzu Lemonade was so so sour that it was almost inedible. Also, the Hearty Tomato Pasta was also average and nothing special. (Cant say anything about other dishes, since we only tried 2)Cleanliness & Hygiene- One housefly kept buzzing around us and our food and we had to constantly shoo it away. Surprisingly, both the servers standing right beside us saw us struggling with the same and didnt raise a finger and we felt too embarrassed to even say it when they could see this happening right before them. (We were the only ones ta the restaurant). However, other than that the cleanliness quotient was high and the washroom was very clean and nice.
Beautiful Ambience.Fresh And Delicious Cuisine.Epic Balance of Taste, Crisp and Food Freshness.Recommended To Try: Grilled Chicken Platter, Hummus Herbed Tabbouleh, Goan Sausage Pav, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake and more are worth 10/10 Ratings!Polite and Extremely Attentive Staff.Hats off to the owner and chef!
Excellent location. Very imaginative menu. As a vegan many options. Tried glass noodles very well made m
Love the food here! Everything is really delicious and service is decent and food is well priced! Favorite lunch spot when Im in the area!
Food is great - I had a ramen bowl and it itself was enough to fill me up. Had a drink too- they dont have alcohol here so thats something to keep an eye out for. Decor is simple and lets you focus on the dining experience. Overall loved the place!
Good healthy food. Tasty value for money with polite efficient staff
Love the pepperoni sandwich, cream cheese bagel with bacon, Goan sausage pav, steak frites and the burgers!
Cant go wrong at plenty. The ambience is good, the food is very good, but with the limited menu, cant go back too often. They could expand the dessert menu to get more cafe clientele.
Loved the Hummus with warm Tabbouleh and Pita, Taco Bowl, Apple Pie and Coffee Mousse.
Feels like home. There is always space and good food😃
I visited Fork Art which is nextdoor to Plenty. For vegetarians its a great place. Food is very good with different types. Staff is excellent
This cosy little cafe situated near Horniman Circle is quite a favourite with office goers as they offer some lovely food in a great ambience. Do go for the Avocado toast, the meal-in-a-bowl and the desserts. Definitely worth visiting again and again.
Healthy different food. Great vibe. Lots of options. Good retro music at lunch time.
Awesome food!! A nice place tucked in in a busy area outside BSE. Child friendly as they had nice books and small games for their entertainment.. All in all a nice place to go with friends or family!!
Ordered the Middle eastern Bowl and a Goan Prawn curry. The quality of the veggies excellent. Very clean and tasty healthy cooking style.
Nice place bit over prized avacado toast based on the quantity served... but great place
Good food,n ambience informal. Nice n cute place. Staff courteous.
Good and quality food!!!
When you enter the place has a nice vibe and a chic modern industrial look to it.
Plenty as the name suggests, is abundance; abundance of taste , flavour, hospitality ...everything that is required to patronize a restaurant.I love the warm , slightly rustic n homely decor. The food is not heavy on the tummy , yet each dish is very distinct in flavour; not run of the mill types served by every second restaurant.Love practically all their food.Love Plenty!
Great food in a clam and relaxing atmosphere.
Too expensive for the quality of food. Ambience is decent.
5 stars... Great food... Super ambience... Perfect service... Avocado toast was yum...
Here for the 3rd time. Each time with different people .Everybody loves it each time! Great food and nice ambience too
I liked the place... Food is tasty.... Worth trying once and again and again....
Good place , quick service . But little expensive. If they can make competitive price for food along with good quantity. This place will rock.
Plenty is one of my favorite restaurants in Bombay. My favorite food is:- Chicken ramen- Loaded burrito with chickenThey make excellent cappuccinos and masala chai. The carrot cake is to die for (look at the blackboard for specials).Plenty may be one of the best decorated restaurants in the area as well - more tasteful than Pantry even. That white brick wall with wooden bookshelf frames holding random curios is one of my favorite features. And that Turkish tiles bar/counter - just perfect.Best time to visit is weekend lunches or late weekday lunch. Service is excellent at these times, but slows down (predictably) during peak hours.
Nice Ambience, great food, great service. Very welcomong to runners & cyclist! 🙂
Great place, all the food is good! Try avocado toast! And make sure to chat with the owner - the lovely man who knows how to have a good old-fashioned conversation!
A cozy place in the bylanes near BSE. With the perfect ambience , this is definitely a place to visit in South Bombay. Easy to locate as well being located near a world famous landmark (BSE). A bit expensive though, but after having the food you wouldnt mind shelling out that kind of sum.
Very cool ambience, good for catching up with friends. Coffe is not very great
We had a nice dinner here. Avocado Toast was very nice. Roesti was not really roesti but it tasted nice. Lamb burger for mains was juicy and succulent - enjoyed it! I tasted the ramen noodles with chicken and it was also good but a bit salty. The chocolate tart was excellent and the coffee mousse was creamy and light. All in all a pleasurable experience
Amazing food !!! anyhting u try here would be so authentic that u wud want to go again and again
Great food, superb ambience and extremely clean..I can sit here for hours!!
The Avacado toast is amazing out here. Must try once atleast 😊
Relaxed place. Very quiet amidst the usual hustle bustle in Fort area
The food options were just average. Didnt really find that place too happening either. May be we expected a little more, but can give it another chance...
Good and fresh food, nice ambiance, courteous staff. Just a little expensive for its value.
Nothing special here its just like any other cafe place. Its not bad its just ordinary
Great ambiance.. Selective Menu.. Pocket friendly.. Yummyyy food..
Its best choice for Non Veg. People. Veg. people have very less options here.
I had the Vietnamese glass noodle salad - very disappointed as was too indianized - oily with lots of curry powder. We also order the lamb burger, penang chicken bowl, chocolate chip cookie and the coffee mouse desert. The coffee mouse was the best , the other three were very ok. I was expecting better.
