The location is excellent. A very good place to hang out with the family or friends or even your clients. The service can improve. Most of the times the offers available in the App are not accepted by their system. They should do something about it to maintain their customers. The most disturbing thing is that they have some sort of an office on the mezanine floor. The staff from the office keeps moving around the cafe which intrudes into the privacy of the customers.

Ordinary ccd but some of the facilities are not working often like restrooms, ac etc. Next to a subway so you can grab a bite as well.

They are simply making you buy the most expensive items from the menu whether its a combo or some shake. I asked for a combo which was the least priced, the cashier told me its not available. I then asked for a classic cold coffer which was also around Rs 125 less than their expensive shakes, he told me its not available. I then told him to leave it but he told me to wait and said he will arrange it. This simply proved they want each customer to purchase their expensive shakes and coffee. Also the cold coffee that they gave me finally was fully iced up. The outlet being in such a posh area of Bombay, the experience was really not worth it and pathetic

I never had coffed here but i had pizza because it was dinner time and it was horrible even after being expensive. The atmosphere here is really serene. Nice place just to go but unaffordable.

The CCD near Sea green hotel on Marine drive has amazing view and is open till late night. Great place to have a cup of coffee with your friends or family.

The staff barely understands anything related to GST. I doubt whether even they know about GST. When I asked a man on the counter how much tax, his reply was 97%. They are mostly clueless of what you are talking.

Overly priced tasteless coffee, unhygienic sanitation facilities and old food

I needed to buy coffee beans and tried calling various outlets in South Mumbai but got a response saying the number is switched off These numbers should not be published if you cannot entertain queries on the phone.
