It was an breathtaking experience to see your loving city with your loved person from sky approx 1000 feet high.Mr. Pravin was very helpful throughout the process.I would recommend to take 30 mins south Bombay route as you would see best of Mumbai in this route.

It was a blissful ride. Ill definitely recommend this. I faced many complications bcz of weather conditions but after 3 hrs of waiting its finally done. Its a must go ride. Neva saw city of dreams from clouds. Awesome experience.

Rahul mucchal is a fraud owner of this company... I booked B200 private air Ambulance and he gave me C90 third class... I gave him more than 3 lac 90 thousands rupees but he is fraud even his employees also... Even I did report against him.. So guys personally and professionally I advice you dont trust on rahul mucchal as well his company that Accretion Aviation.

I am one of the many expats who had got stuck in India due to flight suspension. Like many, I had travelled to Mumbai to take care of my parents and in laws who were down with Covid and required hospitalization due to complications. By grace of god, prayers and support from near and dear ones, my parents and in laws were victorious in Covid fight.My next challenge was to get back to my second home. I researched and found information on your website about chartered flights. Skeptical to call, I tried the number and couldn’t connect through. By evening, I got a call from “Avni” asking if i had tried to reach the number and my answer was “yes”. Since that call, I think if someone made me believe that I could still go back to my second home with my family waiting was your staff member “Avni”. I took my whole family for helicopter ride. It was amazing to have view of BLR city. All the team members from booking to pilot where very kind & professional. Also need to mention even when president landed on that day at BLR HAL airport. They co-ordinated our ride very well. We had fun ride. I would love to use accretion aviation service again soon.

Staff is unsupportive. They dont tell you how it will go. And If you ask questions. They start abusive.. try some alternative aviation for fun. If you are paying huge amount. End of the day you want better service. Not recommended at all. Worst service. Worst behaviour. Even I have done police complaint for same.

Amazing half an hour in the air11th Feb 2021It was a surprise ride for my wife on her birthday. It turned out to be wooow. She was amazed to see some spectacular sights. The pilot Shivan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable and safe. Highly recommended. Worst service for a very high price, Akhilesh prasad was the escort,who literally pushes the passengers into the helicopter...very misbehaved...they also give reason like viability is low for delay because of them

Ive had by far the WORST experience with Accretion Aviation. I had booked a Helicopter joy-ride in Bangalore for a proposal to my Fiancee. Im listing down a few of the pain points and urge all users reading this, not to opt for Accretion Aviation.1. They will treat you like god only until you make the payment. Once the payment is done, they literally disrespect you.2. They use the T & C to cover themselves from all angles. If you bring up any issue, they have got their a** covered in their T & C.3. They can destroy all your plans by cancelling your ride few minutes before departure. (if you are planning something important, DO NOT go with Accretion Aviation).4. They do not keep up to their promise. I paid for 6 seats, where are they gave me a Helicopter with 5 seats.5. They promise you a ride around Bangalore city, but i was taken round and round electronic city (South bangalore) multiple timesDo yourself a favour and please do not even get in touch with them. Rest assured, you will lose your peace of mind.

Terrible service , the customer care professional was of no use , didnt know anything about the company....could not advise on any enquiry , had no information to share ...Wasted time speaking with him ... constantly put you on hold .Please avoid this company and thier service .When they cant communicate effectively what efficiency can we expect.Also all the positive reviews​ are fake ....And for the claim they make that they service 500 clients per month , they seem to have only 4 reviews in a couple years ... suspicious!!!

NOT worth a single penny. They are frauds. They booked us for south mumbai ride for 20 minutes. but took us to east and that to for 15 minutes. they will just use ATC as an excuse. they are fraudsters. both the company and their agents. . please avoid these fraudsters at all cost. also the rest of reviews are total fake as many others have the same experience as us.

We booked a private helicopter tour from Accretion for a birthday. It was the best experience. The booking process through their call center was very easy and some one came to collect cash from our home which was the most convenient.Had difficulty in locating the gate 2 of Juhu Airport but the ground team was helpful in guiding for directions.We booked the 15 minute tour over south mumbai on monday and the views of the sea link were spectacular. Highly recommed taking the tour from Accretion and seeing mumbai from a helicopter was fabulous.Will do this again.

I Took my parents for a helicopter tour over mumbai with accretion aviation during ganesh visarjan. the view of pandal from a helicopter look fabulous and we got to cover many visarjan processions.Definitely recommend using Accretion Aviation Services.
