I just visited this store. When I reached I asked to a staff member if I could exchange my t-shirt, immediately he said me Yes, Sir!However, I decided to have a look in the new collection and choose something new for my vacation. However, after awhile, I realized this store was like Texas... Their clients didnt follow any safety precaution (No mask!!) and after telling the staff, for my surprise nobody acted!! It seems that he corona virus is controlled in Mumbai :(So, I decided run away from there and I went to the cashiering.They didnt allow the refund but they suggested to exchanging for another product because of the Maharashtra guidelines.I got confused... I know the guidelines, and I know that is impossible to exchange & get refunds... But I dont understand why they allow me to exchange if I will buy a new product, but I couldnt get my refund. Can you explain me it? Too many against senses...In addition, can you ask your clients to use masks? We are still fighting against corona... Some examples below! So sad...Thanks

Westside is one of my favourite apparel outlet which has wide variety of cloths of men, women and children according to latest fashion.As you enter the infinity mall, this outlet stands in the lobby due to its looks.It has two floors.Ground floor has women western and Indian traditional cloths along with other accessories like shoes, belts, jewellery and lingerie. Also it has ladies make up accessories.First floor has mens clothings, belts and accessories along with children clothings and home furniture and linen and some gift items.Near its both entrance you find an escalator to go up the floor.It always has cloths according to latest fashion.Service is somewhat poor as I see number of staff is very less.Billing counter always has queue.Overall experience is good and this outlet is recommended to visit often.

WestsideThis is 2 store floors inside Infinity Mall. Due to this reason this place is extremely Big and spacious. There are 2 billing counter on both the floors. They have endless options for clothes for women, men and kids. They have clean changing area.There’s always staff available to guide you. They have 50% off going on. They also sell furniture’s artefacts. Belts, shoes 👞 and you will have lots of choices to choose from.They have wheelchair accessibility and wheelchair parking available. Very disappointing experience at westside. Could not find much options and absolutely no new collections at all.

It took a lot of time to select 2 clothes. There arent many color options but there a few good casuals available at affordable rates which is nice. The service offered was good

Good collection ... Most of time ... But staff is not so cooperative...I selected couple of outfits to try it out.. but there was a condition that can try only 2 outfits.. which was never informed in prior ... however staff was ok if sales did not happen .... Very wierd experience at Westside...

Its a cool safe place for shopping with all covid safety checks in place. Properly geared up in view of the current covid threat. Very clean.

The quality of their dresses is just average and doesnt last more than 8 months. There arent many variety of options but there are some good stuff available as well at affordable rates.

The first store at the left when you enter Infinity Mall andheri west Mumba.it has two levels. The ground level has women collection Indian and western and cosmetics. The first level has Men collection, kids clothing section and home decor items. They have an escalator to go up but one has to take the stairs to come down. There is an exit on the ground and first level both. The store can be viewed from the road. Parking facilities are available at the mall.

Westside is one of my favorite outlet for shopping. They have Apparels for women and men and Children. They also have some furniture. Perfumes handbags accessories etc. The ambience is good. Quality of material is good. Service is also good. Frequent customers get points and discount.

Westside has always been a pleasure to visit. Has classy & elegant clothing. Very unique household items. Something new every time you visit. Its pleasing to the eye. The furniture however is a tad too expensive. But never visit Westside Ona Sunday when theres a sale. It feels your shopping in a street with clothes strewn all over the place. No staff is Interested in whats happening.& People are callous throwing clothes all over. Westside needs to stream line during sales.

My wife and mom love to shop from here. I, on the other hand dont(my wallet tends to get empty over here)

Decently priced and has Lil variety. Sizes in some of the dresses needed by my daughter were unavailable though. But overall a good place to shop for casuals

Westside is always my favorite place to shop. Variety is always there. We were always indimadated about grand sale. Luckily I reached second day of sale and i got options.. Otherwise we dont get options because most of the sizes normally get sold out. Amazing options

Its giant store in Infinity Mall at Andheri west running since last decade. We get here all types of ready made fashionable dress for ladies wear as well as Gents and Children wear. Also gets footwear, furniture and decoration items.

Even after shopping over rs 6000 westside did not provide carrying bag....they were charging rs 8 for one bag which did not have its logo or brand

Great place to shop but the cashier staff is useless. Theres always long winding lines because these guys are super slow compared to their competition. They wasted time trying to upsell their membership or credit cards etc and waste everyones time. Its been a couple of years but nothing has changed.

Actually i went there to buy thermal wear for me and wife, but was not available, so bought T shirts and shirts.Billing counter as usual very slow, staff not trained properly, request to train them properly and little speedy.

Interesting collection of Western wear for men and women, extensive options in womens Indian wear in terms of colours and designs, and reasonable prices is what you can expect from Westside. They also keep home stuff and kids clothes in case you are looking for that. The staff tend to be a bit clueless but they have a helpful attitude.
