Spacious Company Retail store situated on Linking Road, Khar. Wide variety of well designed and tailored suiting, shirting and trousers plus materials to choose from. They have an in-house tailor too. I bought fine linen fabrics to stitch ladies kurtas. A bit expensive but worth every rupee paid. Salesperson was attentive too.

My personal shopping experience with you at Raymond Khar. Particularly Ketan, he helped me select my tuxedo for my wedding functions. He went above and beyond and made the custom tuxedo exceptional. From picking out the fabric to selecting designs and going above and beyond getting customized buttons for the shirt.I recommend Ketan to my family and friends, to select the best outfit possible for their special day. I was totally impressed by the service. He makes Raymond and his colleagues reach greater heights than it already is.It was a fantastic shopping experience for me.

From the many other Raymond outlet around, this is pretty exclusive. Located in Bandra west, bang opposite Moti Mahal restaurant, they cater to various exclusive range of suits, pants and shirts for men. Along with accessories and shoes to go. Definitely not a moderate range but higher.

Good place to go for bespoke wardrobes. Good collection of fabrics and a good custom made tailoring service. Recommended.

Extremely horrible service and rude/unprofessional staff. They sold me a box of tampons that had been opened and used. It had two pieces less. The box was resealed with only 18/20 pieces. They even refused to exchange the box.

Excellent customer service. They have most medicines in good stock. If they dont have it, they will order and deliver to your house within 24 hours. Billing system is completely computerized. Well spoken staff and knowledgeable. The location is very good as you can park your car.

Ismail, the supposed styling advisor, feels he is too big to understand how to speak to clients and show respect ensuring that there is an aspect of service in the so called service industry.. So a word of advice, when you visit the store avoid him at all cost and if you have option left, revisit another day.

Dear Fellow Consumers,We recently had a terrible experience with this particular outlet of Raymond (dont know about the rest) . We chose to custom make our reception tuxedo from here obviously going by the brand name and the faith we had in it, little did we know we were going to make a mistake by doing so. Poor customer care, no value for money, no efforts put in effective communication, laid back attitude of the salesmen, reckless tailoring and not to forget we paid an obnoxious price for all this treatment.It doesnt end here.... On my main reception day thankfully towards the end though my pants rips from the seams and the stitch gives way. So I paid to see this at the end.A special shoutout to Mr khetan (our inefficient salesperson) and Mr Imran Khan ( the outlet manager rude and ridiculous)I would not suggest anyone to visit this Raymond outfit again. Or deal with them.Im just thankful I dont have to deal with it any further.Thank youHope this review is helpful.

Bad Experience !! The staff is not professional, they are taking the Raymond brand for granted . Please donot get Trousers stiched from them . Their Made to Measure custom fit is just for NameSake .They donot do custom fit as per customer needs. Tailoring is average . If you still feel the need to go to them for the Raymond brand just go for the fabrics and gets the custom tailoring done from somewhere else

Extremely uncooperative !! Had purchased an expensive product which then as advised by my dermatologist needed to be changed. They refuse to exchange saying it has no seal hence cannot be exchanged. The company has no seal on the product.. Not my fault! They should inform while selling such products that they will not exchange. While selling they show 10 different goods from the range and when it comes to service they retract. Pathetic!!

Worst experience ever.We were told it is the best n they also said we charge alot as we are in bandra .We got a call 10 days later to come and pick up the suit. What we got was a half made suit for trial .First they gave th wrong suit n the one that was actually my fiances suit, was small for him. They refused to accept their mistake n even though our wedding was in a few days they refused to do anything to compensate in fact they asked us to come on th day of the wedding to try th suit.And after a long conversation they agreed to make a new one and tried to give us another cheaper fabric .What do you call a custom made suit when it is neither the fitting nor the Design is as per the customers wishes???
